🌍 Exciting news to share! I am thrilled to share that I have joined Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) MSF Sweden Innovation Unit (SIU) as a Data Analyst Consultant, where I will be contributing to their Digital Therapeutics (DTx) project. This opportunity is very meaningful to me, as it aligns with my passion for supporting NGOs and impact-driven organizations, while advancing person-centered care through data and innovation. I also truly enjoyed the interview process, where I had the chance to present my proposal, making the experience both engaging and collaborative. One of the most rewarding parts of training isn’t just delivering the content… it’s seeing the impact it creates. فعلاً من خلال خبرتي مع عدد من المنظمات غير الحكومية والمؤسسات المدنية، لاحظت بشكل مباشر كيف أن ضعف إدارة وتنظيم البيانات (أحياناً بسبب محدودية الموارد أو نقص الخبرة التقنية) ينعكس سلباً على دقة القرارات. قبل البدء بأي خطوة لبناء workflow أو pipeline أو حتى داشبورد، كنت أركز أولاً على على إدارة البيانات وتنظيمها. فهذا هو الأساس الذي يضمن لاحقاً أن تكون جميع المخرجات مبنية على أرضية صحيحة وموثوقة. 📊 From my experience working with several NGOs and civil society organizations, I have directly observed how weak data management and organization (sometimes due to limited resources or lack of technical expertise) negatively impact decision-making. Before taking any step to build a workflow, pipeline, or even a dashboard, I always focused first on data management and organization. This foundation ensures that everything built afterward stands on solid and reliable ground.
