Gosh, team, September flew by! Highlights: Hedi Sfaxi joined the crew here in Paris 🎉. We hosted a great Konvupéro and met a bunch of amazing new folks. Lots of small but mighty product improvements shipped We published four new posts on our blog: • Admin approval for GitHub Apps: we shared some hard-won experience to keep org installs safe without slowing developers. • You don’t need a framework for autonomous agents: practical patterns to build agents with simple building blocks, a write-up of the talk first shared at Konvupéro. • Kubernetes admission controllers: what worked, what bit us, and how we keep this operable as part of our offerings. • Our tech stack and architecture: what we run under the hood and the choices behind it. Konvupéro recap is live. ⚡️ We invited Ghazi FELHI (AI Engineer @ AnyShift) to the Konvu office to walk us through Agentic Context Engineering (ACE): how to help agents learn from their own executions instead of spinning up new fine-tuning runs every time. It turned into a super clear, lively session with great questions and side conversations after. I met Alison Eastaway at Sqreen. We recruited her to be our recruiter and HR person. Well, she obviously did that, but she also turned us from a cool tech operation to a startup where everybody wanted to work. She also made us into actual hiring managers, making us care about HR, ultimately leading me to management and new adventures at Doctolib (👋 Aghiles Ziani & Kristi Edleson) and Matera (👋 Jeremy Krebs & Maurine Prevel). She is now building her own startup, a tool to improve HR. I'm super excited to see where this is going!
