Over the next few months, we plan to conduct a user research programme focussing on the research section of the University of Liverpool website. The aim of this study is to evaluate how effectively the current digital estate of research content/communication and services meets the needs of key user groups. We're specifically looking for potential PhD students, funders, commercial and non-academic partners/collaborators and external academics to aid us with our initial stage of user research and so my question is; would you, or anyone you know, be willing to help us? All we're asking for is availability to take part in a brief research session consisting of two parts, an interview with a user experience consultant, and a usability study. Each session will be an hour long and conducted online using Microsoft Teams. These would take part either w/c 17th or 24th June.
