My client applied to 97 jobs in one month. And got zero interviews. At first, I thought the market was just brutal. If you have already hired someone, close that job posting. Don't leave the candidates hanging. Let the candidates know that they are not being selected. Candidates spend a lot of time preparing and interviewing. The least you can do is let them know you've hired someone. Let's respect everyone's time and effort. Let's not forget that there is a human on the other side. For those of you interviewing, send the hiring manager a follow-up email. Remind them that you are still waiting for the next steps. Show your unique value Explain what makes you different from other candidates. Keep it short and specific. Highlight achievements and quantify results whenever possible. Example: ā€œI specialize in identifying operational gaps and creating systems that improve performance. In my last position, I implemented a workflow that reduced project delays by 30%.ā€ Numbers make your value clear. 3.
