I remember play testing a very early version of this game as an intern thinking wow, this game is actually really fun. After returning full-time as a member of the New World team and 5 years of work later, I still can't believe the unprecedented success our little project already has had. I can't wait to continue to provide hours of fun to our players 🙂

Hello guys, gals, and non binary pals! After 8.5 years of working on New World, Breakaway, and some unannounced titles, I’ve been promoted to customer in the recent Amazon Games layoffs. It’s been a long journey and one I will remember fondly as I started my career here as an intern and had made it my home since college graduation. I just want to thank everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with, but especially Drew Repasky , who was my mentor during my internship and my coworker for every day since then as well as the Devops/Infrastructure team who made me feel like family. With my team I helped develop tools and cloud infrastructure that supported a developer team of 300+ and player counts that peaked over a million CCU.
