I'm excited to finally share some personal news. This fall, I'll be joining the Monmouth County Vocational School District as the Director of Educational Technology. This wasn't an easy decision because I truly love the people at MUJC. The last five years have been some of the most rewarding of my career. But when this opportunity came along, it just felt like the right next chapter. I'm passionate about innovation because it gives us the chance to do something better for kids and every child deserves to have someone find a way for them! To everyone at MUJC, thank you for this incredible opportunity, challenging me along the way and becoming lifelong friends. I'll always be grateful for everything we built together. To everyone at Monmouth County Vocational School District, I can't wait to get started. I'm excited to listen, learn, build relationships, and see what we can accomplish together. I'll still be here sharing ideas, celebrating great educators, talking about AI, innovation, leadership, and probably a few Disney stories too.

Fifteen years ago, a small group of us had a vision. We believed New Jersey deserved a community where technology leaders, educators, business partners, and innovators could come together to learn from one another, build relationships, and move education forward. Today, that vision is no longer an idea. It's a thriving community. In just the past two years, NJETA has grown into the largest technology leadership community in New Jersey. Together, we've hosted two sold out Techspo preconferences, with our third already on the horizon. Those milestones aren't about attendance numbers. They're a reflection of what can happen when people genuinely want to learn, collaborate, and support one another. As I begin an exciting new chapter in my career, it also felt like the right time to step back from my role as Vice President of NJETA and return to serving as a proud board member. This organization has meant so much to me, and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to help build something that has impacted so many educators across our state. What makes NJETA special has never been one person. It's the incredible teamwork of our board, the unwavering partnership of NJASA,NJSBA, and NJ GMIS and the amazing support from the vendors who have always believed in our mission and invested in educators first. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Watching an idea become a community has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. The future of NJETA has never been brighter, and I can't wait to continue cheering it on from the board. Here's to the next 15 years. NJETA (NJ Education and Technology Association)
