After eleven extraordinary years, a new chapter begins. In 2024, Amy and I made the decision to sell HEROIC—a company that has been the most meaningful and fulfilling professional experience of our lives. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the right one. HEROIC has always been bigger than us. It thrives because of the commitment, passion, and brilliance of the faculty, the team, and the community. And while transitions come with bumps in the road, we believe deeply in the people who will carry HEROIC forward. We’ve learned so much on this journey—through successes, setbacks, and the lessons that only come from doing the work. And we are beyond grateful to every person who has been part of it. Heroic is looking for a Director of Admissions. Maybe it’s you? Maybe it’s someone you know? Maybe you’ll share this with your friends and followers? Someone with loads of integrity and character who has had great success in consultative sales would be perfect for this role. Initially, this person will work directly with Amy Port and then take over her responsibilities and build an Admissions team to support Heroic’s expansion. Here’s the job description.
