The Polish Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces Inspectorate is seeking a modular UGV designed to bridge the gap between logistics and frontline combat. I am pretty much certain this doc will be useful for some. Key Technical Insights: Modular Versatility: Whilst the primary focus is currently logistics and transport (150kg payload), the platform must be a "base" for future strike, reconnaissance, medevac, and engineering variants. Platform Specs: A robust 900kg limit, available in wheeled or tracked configurations, with a minimum 3-hour operational endurance. Cutting-Edge Connectivity: Integration is at the heart of the requirement, featuring Starlink satellite comms, compatibility with the ATAK tactical app, and an optional micro-UAV retranslator to extend signal range. Hardened for the Frontline: Built to operate between -20°C and +50°C (IP55 rated), the system must include thermal imaging (LWIR) and dual-frequency radio links to counter electronic interference. Operational Security (OPSEC) by Design: A standout requirement is the "Zero-Log" policy: the land platform must not store any mission data or telemetry locally. All archives are held strictly on the Ground Control Station (GCS) to ensure that if a unit is captured, no intelligence is compromised. Despite the fact that technology and contemporary means allow for a new distribution of power and new players/criteria for power establishment, I don't see many countries with a systemic vision that focuses on signals, AI and robotics this way. If you pay attention, you will also see that the interface used by the UKR forces in Delta is exactly the same. This is normal; Delta works with Palantir and is probably conducting live feedback testing in order to develop Maven/Gotham/AIP. We are going towards what I call clash of CivilisAItion.
