The launch of The Integrity Edge is getting close.
I’m so jazzed to share this message. Also nervous, but mostly jazzed.
This book is for every leader who’s ever wondered:
Can I build a successful career without compromising who I am?
Can I lead with integrity and still win in high-stakes environments?
The answer is yes… but it won’t happen by accident.
In The Integrity Edge, I outline six stumbling blocks that often derail good leaders from leading well:
🔸 Lack of Trust – You stop investing in trust, and slowly, your team stops trusting you back.
🔸 Pride – Confidence turns into entitlement, and service turns into self-promotion.
🔸 Fear – You start playing it safe, micromanaging, protecting your image, power, and position instead of your people.
🔸 Ambition – It becomes about climbing faster instead of lifting others.
🔸 Disconnect – You stop listening, and your team stops talking.
🔸 Toxic Culture – The environment rewards results over integrity, and you start bending to it.
These stumbling blocks can be subtle. They sneak in through success, pressure, exhaustion, and our desire to succeed. Even when we have good intentions, we find ourselves tripping on these seemingly minor decisions that, over time, pull us off course.
If we are aware of these pitfalls and develop a plan to avoid them, we give ourselves a fighting chance to be successful leaders with integrity.
That’s why I wrote this book.
