It's a big day! So happy to share a few updates with you.
I've been away from the social media / speaker circuit for a bit. Always said I'd be back when I had something that I was excited to talk about. (Didn't wanna be delivering Stacy's Secret Sauce 9.0!) Well, I have something I'm more than a little excited to talk about. Here we go!
Tenfold is back! It's been months and months of building and planning, but it's official!
And not just that, we're getting the band back together. So lucky to have Mike Bailen joining as my Partner. He's the yin to my yang and the most creative, innovative person I know. Hard to believe it's been 10+ years since we first worked together doing fun Zappos stuff, then several other engagements at Eventbrite, Lever, Handshake, etc. It's all come full circle and we're doing this thing!
Our mission? To help teams tackle the funnel noise problem... volume, bots, spam, fraud. Help real talent shine through. (Something very similar to some of our work together back in the day!)
We're calling it Candidate Curation. Not filtering, narrowing, screening... curating.
Candidate Curation is *continuous* talent attraction, assessment, and authentication through each stage of the funnel. We're gonna help teams build their playbooks and processes and learn how to implement it. (First process, then skills and tools. Right?)
And don't worry, there will still be lots of tips and tricks, because that will always be how I roll!
