80% of your revenue will come from 20% of your efforts. 80% of your growth will come from 20% of your priorities. 80% of your opportunities will come from 20% of your network. 80% of your audience growth will come from 20% of your content. Your job is to figure out what the 20% is. And double down on what works. You don't have to do everything. You just have to do the right things.

I had to shut down my last company and it broke my heart. But taught me lessons I will never ever forget. 9 things that will absolutely kill your business (if you're not careful): 1. Focusing on revenue instead of profit 2. Hiring too fast before you have systems in place 3. Saying yes to every client instead of the right clients 4. Building products people compliment but never buy 5. Spending on ads before your organic content works 6. Chasing trends instead of doubling down on fundamentals 7. Networking with everyone instead of building real relationships 8. Avoiding difficult conversations until small problems become fatal 9. Burning yourself out instead of building a business that works without you Don't get carried away with vanity metrics. Build the right foundations.

Too many excuses will keep you stuck. → I don't have time because my job drains me → I don't have enough money to get started → I'm too busy taking care of my kids But every excuse has the potential to become a reason: → My job drains me, so I'll use my mornings to build my business → I don't have money so I'll learn for free on YouTube & webinars → I want my kids to have a better life so I'll build a business for them If you're serious about changing your life you'll find a way. If not, you will find an excuse. Believe in yourself.

We really don't talk about money enough. I only bought my first home because a friend told me about pre-construction properties. Then I built a 6-figure investment portfolio because another mentor explained ETFs to me. I thought I had to pick stocks! There are so many ways to build & sustain wealth. And most of us have never heard about them. The problem is a lack of information & inspiration. That's why I love Lámidé Elizabeth's channel - Building Wealth Without Borders. She grew this channel to over 200,000 subscribers in less than 2 years! I've binged so many episodes and I can't believe how much I've learned. So when she asked me to be a guest on the podcast, I immediately said "yes!" Probably the most fun I've had on a podcast. We talked about: → Me being an ex-pastor → Some biblical wealth principles → Why I applied to Shopify 7 times → How posting on LinkedIn changed my life And more! Lamide inspires me a ton & we haven't stopped chatting since we shot this episode. I think she's going to build a $100 million empire off her YouTube one day. My full name is Oluwatobiloba Oluwole. Everyone calls me Tobi. But the problem always begins when people attempt my last name. I've heard: - Ohwall - Ohl-waly - Oh-way-lee - Oolowalay And some people have just looked me in the eyes and refused to try. But it's just Oh-loo-wall-lay A few years ago, I went to teach a course for an EduTech company. The CEO came right up to me and said: "We want you to introduce yourself as Tobi Oluwole" And pronounced my name perfectly. I'm not sure how many times he practiced or how much research he did. But it made the entire experience delightful. Learning to pronounce someone’s name takes very little effort but makes all the difference. And it costs you nothing.

I gave my first international keynote a few weeks ago in Dubai. Just before I went on stage, I felt my heart beating so fast. Because part of me couldn't believe how far I had come. For years, my biggest fear was that my weaknesses would stop me from being successful: → Always distracted by new ideas → Extremely disorganized → Terrible at sales But then I decided to stick with posting on LinkedIn for 1,724 days straight (as of today). That somehow ended up changing my entire life. And allowing me to → Quit my job → Take care of my family → Travel the world with my wife → Invest in some incredible companies → Help founders generate millions in revenue. In January, I got invited to 1 Billion Follower Summit in Dubai to give a short keynote. On how to build a global business on your terms. Not with multiple offices, thousands of employees and millions in funding. But with a laptop, a small team & an online audience. So that you can work from anywhere and live life on your own terms. The information I shared changed the trajectory of my life. And I hope it impacts yours too: https://lnkd.in/gc3d48xH

It's impossible to be excellent by mistake. Excellence is a choice. Having a great attitude is a choice. Treating people with respect is a choice. And the destinations you end up at are just a summary of your choices. So if you want to live a better life in 3 years or 5 years... Start by making good decisions right now. They will change your life.

One of my friends got fired the day he returned from paternity leave. He just had his first kid and took 4 months off, which the company allowed. We talked just before he came back and he was so excited to be back at work. That morning, he logged into his laptop and saw a random meeting with HR for 9:15am. By 9.30am we couldn’t find him on Slack and he had been let go. His boss said they weren’t happy with his performance “for a while” All of a sudden, this new dad was scrambling to find a new source of income. He was so stressed that he barely slept for a week. And less than 4 weeks later, a new sales rep was hired in his place. Meanwhile, it took the dad 5 months to find a new role. You are replaceable at work. You are not replaceable at home. Remember your priorities.

Never forget the people that took a chance on you. I helped more than 20 people get hired at Shopify. Before I ever became a hiring manager. Because someone gave me a chance that 7th time I applied. Whenever people would reach out for referrals, I would ask them to send me their resume Most of them were terrible (because school doesn’t really teach you how to make them). So I would rebuild their resumes with them. A few people used the exact same template I used to get into Shopify on my 7th attempt. And it worked! 10 years ago, you needed strong copywriting skills to land good interviews. Now you just need to know how to use the right tools. 90% of jobs can be taught. Give people a chance.

I recently met a young lady who: → Quit her job at 23 → Bought a traditional business → Grew it to over $1 million in revenue All before she turned 25. Now she spends her days working for herself, spending time with her family and travelling more often. I can't imagine what the next 30 years will look like for her. You can't add days to your life. But you can add life to your days.

In 2019, I used to charge $150 for a resume review. To me, that was a lot of money - not only to spend, but also to charge. I sucked as an entrepreneur for many years no matter how hard I worked It seemed like I just could never generate enough money to take care of myself & my family. That's all I actually wanted - to be completely self sufficient. But I didn't know what I didn't know. Eventually, I found the Hormozi videos. The Russell Brunson breakdowns. The endless "how to create an offer" content. It didn't click right away. But by 2021, I finally figured it out. So I broke down exactly what finally worked for me. The 8 steps we now use (and teach) to build high-ticket offers that actually sell. I recorded the entire framework in a 20-minute video: https://lnkd.in/giP_gq3X None of this is theory. The 8 P's: → Problem (and why you must start here) → Persona (who you solve it for matters more than what you solve) → Prototype (all the ways you could solve this) → Package (making it feel premium) → Positioning (your unique mechanism) → Pricing (why it must be high) → Payment plans (the structure most people mess up) → Promotion (where 90% of people fail) Here's the truth: you can nail the first 7 steps and still struggle to make any money online. Because step 8 is where you actually generate real revenue. If you've been sitting on expertise but can't figure out how to turn it into revenue, this will change that. Link is in the comments

My longest standing meeting has been running for 4 years. With Sefunmi Osinaike! We both launched our career businesses around the same time. Our businesses have completely evolved but we still have a monthly meeting where we talk through our biggest challenges. And also get to share our biggest wins when they happen. While I was living in Paris, Sefunmi flew in & came to lunch straight from the airport so we could have lunch together. He was on the verge of a massive life decision and it felt more appropriate to have the conversation in person. One of the best parts about being a builder is meeting people who are smarter than you AND who make you feel safe. Surround yourself with those people and you will win in the long-term.

I am so glad I left my corporate job at 28 years old. Because entrepreneurship just isn't that risky anymore. If you wanted to start a business 30 years ago, you would need: → $50,000+ in startup capital for inventory, office space, and equipment  → Physical storefronts with long-term lease commitments  → Business loans with your house as collateral  → Expensive advertising in newspapers, TV, or radio  → Employees from day one just to operate Today, all you need is: → A little bit of courage → A laptop/phone and internet connection  → $0 to start (free social media, free tools) The barrier to entry has completely collapsed. The real risk now isn't starting, it's staying stuck in a job that caps your potential while watching others build the life you want. Stanley (Your Content Coach) gets this. That's why they're removing the last excuse: money. Their Dare To Dream campaign is going to change lives. One person will receive $100,000 to fund their entire 2026 And 5 more people get $10,000 each Everyone who enters also receives: → Lifetime Stan Pro Access  → Featured across Stan's marketing campaigns → Coaching from successful creators and entrepreneurs If you’ve been on the fence about building your own thing, this is your opportunity 1. I spoke to a founder that "got lucky" last year. She spent 15 years working insanely hard as a recruiter. Then one day decided to just build her own recruiting company. In her first year, the business made $150k in revenue. One of her clients was so impressed with the quality of her candidates that he introduced her to a friend. That friends was the head of a startup that had raised over $100 million and was ready to expand quickly. She helped them hire hundreds of extremely talented people across the world. So in only her second year in business she hit $5 million in revenue. This year, they'll do over $15 million. I asked her what made her so successful and she started laughing. Then said "I guess I got lucky" What people consider as luck is usually just years of hard work behind the scenes. The harder your work, the luckier you will get.

My mom manages my personal brand. And it has been a game changer for me. For years, I tried to "outsource" it to VAs. But I couldn't find anyone that cared as much as I did. One day, mom and I were having dinner and it just hit me. "Why don't you manage my brand?" At first she wasn't sure but after a few hours she got excited. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Thanks Mom!

6 years ago today, I called my boss on a Saturday. He was easily one of the best bosses I've ever had. I told him that I had received an offer Shopify and that I was going to take it. He said "How much are they paying you?" I told him that it was more than 60% more than my current compensation. Instead of getting mad, he acted as my reference and helped me land the role. Our last 1-on-1 consisted of me saying I wanted to purchase a home and how I couldn't do it on my current salary. So even though he was sad to lose me, he understood that I needed to earn more to be able to do that. It's your job to advocate for yourself and earn the maximum possible. Sometimes you have to take your emotions out of it. Me and my boss are still great friends till today! Do what's best for you and your family. Don't settle.

Government jobs used to be considered "safe". Now they're being hit with layoffs. Some are speculating that this is only the beginning. Especially with the rising trend of AI replacing people. Last year, I remember reading a story about an employee who was laid off after 11 years at the same company. He just found out his wife had gotten cancer and just as she was starting her treatment - he was laid off. A double blow. These stories prove two things are simultaneously true: 1. Your company is not your family. 2. There is no reward for loyalty. The safest bet is having multiple options Build something you own.

I'm the most risk-averse entrepreneur I know. The day before I left my corporate job, I started panicking. All I could think about was what would go wrong if I didn't have a pay check to fall back on. Then I realized the worst case scenario would be me just having to get another job if things didn't work out. Taking the risk was scary. But in my mind, what was scarier was the amount of regret I would have in the future if I didn't at least try. The cost of risk is always lower than the cost of regret.

I've analyzed 268 high-ticket offers that generated over $36 million in revenue. And I've trained a GPT with all the data for FREE: Comment "OFFER" and I'll send you instant access. After helping 200+ founders build and sell high-ticket programs, I noticed a pattern. The offers that make $100k-$500k/year had specific elements in common. The ones that flopped were missing just one or two critical pieces. So I spent 6 months analyzing every successful offer: → Business coaches selling $12k-$35k programs → Consultants closing $30k-$50k contracts → Course creators doing $70k-$300k launches → Service providers landing $100k+ clients And I fed all of it into a custom GPT. Now it can build high-ticket offers in minutes that would take you weeks. Inside, the GPT will help you: ✅ Position your offer so premium buyers see you as the only choice ✅ Structure pricing that commands $10k-$50k without objections ✅ Create irresistible guarantees that remove risk and increase conversions ✅ Build a value stack that makes your price feel like a steal ✅ Craft messaging that speaks directly to your ideal client's pain ✅ Design packages that allow upsells from $5k to $30k+ naturally ✅ Write sales copy that converts cold audiences into buyers ✅ Identify the exact elements missing from your current offer The entrepreneurs who scale to 7-figures aren't just "good at what they do." They have offers that sell themselves. This GPT will help you build one in under an hour. What's your biggest struggle with creating or selling high-ticket offers? Drop a comment below. If you want instant access to the custom GPT... Comment "OFFER" and I'll send you the link. ♻️ Repost to help entrepreneurs in your network stop undercharging and start building offers that command premium prices.

"Go big or go home" is how so many people end up at home. If you are risk averse like me but still want to build a business, do this instead: 1. Find a problem that you or someone around you is facing. 2. Solve it manually for 3-5 people before building anything 3. Charge money from day one - even if it's uncomfortable 4. Keep your job until you hit $5-10K monthly recurring revenue 5. Document your process so you can teach someone else to do it 6. Hire your first person only when you're turning down clients 7. Reinvest profits into systems, people & marketing 8. Build an audience while you build the business (free distribution) 9. Focus on retention over acquisition - happy clients sell for you 10. Scale when it's boring, not when it's exciting Most "overnight successes" took 3-5 years of unglamorous work. The goal isn't to go big. It's to go sustainable.

My dad retired from corporate at 44 years old. I retired from corporate at 28 years old. Back then we all thought he was crazy. But the day he quit, he said something I never forgot: "If I want to build a better life for us, I have to do it myself." I was 14 at the time and I still remember where I was standing when he said it. That comment probably planted the seed of entrepreneurship in me. As human beings, we reach for the highest branch we can see. Sometimes just witnessing someone do the "impossible" Is enough for you to believe that it's possible for you. - I made all this happen with LinkedIn. I got a random text from a founder last year. His company was stuck at ~$2 million in revenue. They had tried experimenting for the last 18 months but nothing was moving the needle. We spoke for almost an hour and then I figure out what they were missing: A strong, data-backed guarantee on their process. They had already acquired thousands of customers and helped them get some phenomenal results. But each sales call still felt like they needed to convince people that their system would work. They looked at the data, added the guarantee and rolled it out within 4 weeks. They closed $230,000 in NEW revenue within 40 days of doing that. Now they're on track to double their company revenue. If you're good at what you do, put your money where your mouth is. Just make sure your guarantee is backed by data. Sometimes the smallest change can make the biggest difference in your business.

A few years ago, I hired a young woman who had no tech experience. She had been running her own bakery since she was 18. And had built it to 6-figures on her own. As soon as we hired her at Shopify, she started learning everything. It would be 8pm and I would see her online doing something. Within a few months, she was the top rep on the team. A year later she was promoted and landed a role with a 90% pay increase. She recently told me that she's launching her own company. Without hesitating, I told her that I would invest. The best hires have the same trait: They love learning on their own time. Instead of waiting to be shown or taught something They enjoy the journey and challenge of figuring things out. Never bet against lifelong students.

I fired one of the best employees I've ever had. Because I figured out how great of an entrepreneur he actually was. I got a cold message from Tosin T. on LinkedIn back in 2022. He was living in Nigeria but looking to land roles with companies in North America. We stayed connected and in 2024, I decided to hire him into our sales team. This guy learned insanely quick & crushed it in sales which wasn't surprising! But what was even more incredible was how much he was learning behind the scenes in his own time. I was paying him pretty well but I realized that I was holding him back. So I gave him a big bonus, fired him and told him to build his business. We stayed close friends and kept chatting every month. My theory was that he could likely out earn whatever we could pay him. → He studied all my LinkedIn frameworks and now has 15,000+ followers → Learned how to productize his knowledge & build high-ticket offers → Learned how to negotiate brand deals now makes 4-figures/month → Learned how to delegate and hired his brother to run his brand Last month, I got to meet Tosin for the first time while I was in Lagos & he gave me an update. → He got married & gets to travel almost monthly with his wife → His solo business generating 9x what I was paying him → He's building a home for his parents in Nigeria → Bought land & built his own home too What a journey! Proud of you Tosin T.! It's insane how quickly entrepreneurship can change your life.

"Networking" is highly overrated. Genuine friendships are greatly underrated. If you go into every conversation trying to get something out of it You end up missing the entire point of what life is about. → Creating memories with people → Growing and developing together → Being able to let your guard down → Sharing good and bad days as they come. Relationships are what make life so worthwhile. Transactions, deals & business born out of those relationships last longer.

I came to Canada against my will in 2010. My dad wanted me to continue my education here but I wanted to study in the UK. For the first week, I was resentful then I slowly fell in love with the country. But things were not always smooth. There was a year when I crashed on friends' couches because I didn't have a place to stay. Most of my side hustles were started because I absolutely needed the money to live! But in 2020, I landed a role at Shopify on my 7th attempt and that was the start of my new life. 2 months later, my wife and I bought a pre-construction house. 1 year after that we moved into our new home. In 2022, I became a Canadian Citizen. Then in 2023, we sold our first home and bought this second one that will be our family home. My businesses was making more monthly than I used to make annually in my first job when I left corporate. Today, I get to take care of my family and travel the world with my wife. There were so many moments when I felt like I wanted to move back to Nigeria. And many days when I thought entrepreneurship would never work for me. But I'm glad I didn't. My COO, Callie, is one of the greatest blessings that I got as a Founder. She loves everything I hate about building my business. And because of her, we've been able to double our business every year. All my founder friends ask me every year how I found her. And how I knew she would be an amazing co-founder. There were 9 specific things Callie did (and still does) that made her perfect for this role. 1. She translates rough ideas into clear systems. 2. She executes first then asks questions second. 3. She has very high integrity in every single area of her life. 4. She went from being a waitress to becoming a CPO at a startup. 5. She believes that what's best for the business is the best decision. 6. She constantly realigns me and the company with our core values. 7. She's always looking for solutions to problems I haven't even found yet. 8. She gets more done in 4 hours than most people can do in 3 or 4 full days. 9. In her free time, she's always taking some course or learning something new. Six months into working together, she officially became my Co-Founder. Today, she's also one of my closest friends. Your ability to attract people smarter than you is key to building a great business. When you find these people, take really good care of them.

I found out that one of my colleagues disliked me. We didn’t work on the same team so our paths never crossed. In fact, we had never spoken to each other. They had openly confessed their feelings to someone on my team who then reported back to me. Early in my career, I would have reacted strongly and probably confronted this colleague. But as I grew older I realized that I didn’t need everyone to like me. I just needed to be great at my job and take care of the people on my team. Don’t fall into the trap of trying to please everyone. You will fail. You are not everybody’s cup of tea. And you can’t get along with each person you meet. Just be yourself. And stop trying to be liked by everybody. You don’t even like everybody.

It's easy to get overwhelmed by everything on your plate. But that's what causes analysis paralysis. Instead of trying to do everything, just focus on what you can do today. One job application. One LinkedIn post. One outbound message. You don't have to take it all on at once. Start small and stay consistent.

I met a rep that consistently hit over 150% of his quota for 2 years. But the company kept cheating him out of commission. They also refused to promote him to a better team. So he started interviewing and eventually put in his 2 week notice. Within 48 hours, his boss told him that they could make the promotion happen. This made things even worse because it meant they just didn't want to do it earlier. This scenario is still happenings in 2026 for some reason. For years, that manager struggled to find another rep with the same level of drive. It will always cost you more to replace a great employee than it will cost you to keep them. Pay your people what they deserve.

For years, I thought I was lazy. I used to fall asleep at my desk at work. Turns out that I just hated what I was doing. It's obvious to me now because I can work for 12 hours straight. And even forget to eat until my wife seizes my laptop. I thought my goal was to stop working or "retire" early. Turns out I just wanted to work on something I was passionate about. Build something that doesn't feel like work.

My friend spent 6 months building the perfect product But no time actually planning how he would take it to market. I sat down with him last week and walked him through Apollo's AI Assistant. He had 47 beta users who loved his product, but zero pipeline beyond that. So I pulled up Apollo and asked him one question: "Who are your best customers right now?" "SaaS founders. 20-100 employees. Doing $5-15M in revenue." I typed that into Apollo's AI Assistant: "Find 500 companies matching this profile. Build personalized outreach sequences. Set up a complete campaign ready to launch." In less than 12 minutes we had: → 612 qualified prospects with verified emails  → Personalized messaging written specifically for his product  → A full campaign ready to go live tomorrow  → Exact cost breakdown to execute everything He spent 6 months building features & could have validated his entire market in one afternoon. This is the mistake I see founders make over and over: They spend months perfecting the product, then weeks trying to figure out distribution. By the time they're ready to sell, they've already burned half their runway. Apollo's AI Assistant lets you answer three critical questions before you build anything: 1. Can I reach 1,000+ of these people? 2. Do I have access to decision-makers? 3. Can I articulate the problem in a way that makes them respond? If you're launching anything, validate your distribution before you perfect your product. Get early access to Apollo AI here: https://lnkd.in/gDV_AgEG

My mom taught me how to handle conflict when I was 8 years old. And helped turn every bully I had into a friend. Here's how:

I think my sister is going to be a Chief of Staff or COO in the next 5 years. I’m calling it early. In 2018, she got hired on the spot while interviewing with a startup. The co-founders had casually mentioned at the beginning of the interview that they struggled to stay organized with their time. So my sister subtly timed how long they spent talking about each of their operational issues. Then presented her recommendations to them at the end of that interview! With a suggestion on what should be prioritized first. Purely based on the level of emotion they displayed & length of time spent while talking about each problem. They hired her within 48 hours & ended up doubling the company. → She anticipates people's needs before they know what's happening → She reads 40+ books annually & can recall details → Taught herself Korean in less than a year → Works faster than 90% of people I know → Is insanely diligent with finances You could ask her where any dollar has gone since the start of her career and she would be able to tell you. Tomi Oluwole, everything you do is excellent. Can't wait to see where you go!

Building a business is 100x harder than you think. Many people get into entrepreneurship with the wrong expectations. You aren't just going to wake up in 3 months making $10k/month. And if you do, it's because of all the hard work you had been putting in when nobody was watching. So if you're starting a business in 2026 thinking that you will immediately have lots of time and freedom, you're probably wrong. You only get to work smart after you've spent years working extraordinarily hard. If it was any easier, everyone would be doing it. First, work as hard as you can. Then you build systems & leverage so that you can work smart. __ Join my next Free Masterclass: https://lnkd.in/gNqgNbGY

I spent $24,000 on a coaching program last year. But I didn’t even finish it. There was so much information, so many new tactics and endless resources to get through. So I found the one thing in the program that I believed would move the needle for my business. And I put all my focus into learning and applying that one concept. The next month, we had our highest revenue ever! I've invested more than 6 figures into my own personal development in the last 5 years. Although I've only completed ~25% of these programs, the knowledge I've gained has paid off in the long term. You can never lose when you invest in yourself. Because you are your greatest asset.

Building a business alone actually sucks! If not initially, it does eventually. → Decision fatigue → Being your own cheerleader → Figuring everything out on your own It gets exhausting. I just spent 4 days at a villa in the Dominican Republic. With some of the best entrepreneurs who have come out of our accelerator. The youngest person there was 24 years old and running his first business! He's already gotten over 2 million impressions on LinkedIn in only 90 days. In those 4 days, these founders: → Recorded Netflix-level videos for their businesses → Shot social media content and ads → Launched entirely new offers → Created better sales funnels → Built new websites with AI And of course, we spent time hanging out, eating meals and sharing the visions we each have for our lives. Building in community is not just faster, it's much more fun. Some of these new offers and websites took less than 45 minutes to build from scratch. Everyone was chiming in on business names, domains, structure, pricing, webinar titles and more. AI is accelerating the pace at which people can build and launch businesses. And that means more entrepreneurs will be able to build $100k+ businesses in months instead of years. But I believe that building with other founders in-person will compress that into weeks! So many people still haven't figured this out. I'm running another live training tomorrow at 6pm EST. Join us here: https://lnkd.in/gNqgNbGY

A personal brand is pretty useless. Unless you learn how to monetize it. Every week, I meet people with: ↳ Thousands of LinkedIn followers ↳ Millions of impressions on their content ↳ Countless conversations in their inbox Who don’t know how to turn all of that attention and goodwill into revenue. It’s awesome to have followers and views on what you’re creating. But at some point you need to learn the skill of monetization. Whether that’s in the company you work for or by building your own thing. Learn how to build a business and generate revenue from your brand. You can’t pay your bills with people’s opinions.

I started working with a founder this year. His goal was to scale his coaching business from $250,000 to $750,000 in 1 year so he could retire his parents. He had been stuck at the same revenue range for more than 3 years. Instead of telling him how impossible it would be, we just asked the right questions: ↳ How do we increase the lead flow with better content & paid ads? ↳ How do we boost the life time value of each customer to $25k/year? ↳ Who is the ideal client for the offer and what makes them so ideal? ↳ How do we delegate 80% of his role and focus on what he does best? His biggest fear was that customers would push back on the new pricing. In the first 45 days, he closed $160,000 in NEW revenue. Entrepreneurship is basically magic.

108,000 were laid off in January. That's the highest start to a year since 2009! Companies are replacing more and more employees with AI. And focusing more on profit than pure growth. Unicorn businesses are being built with teams made up of less than 50 people! Your company is not your family. You are completely replaceable at work. Build something you own this year.

I built a 7-figure business working 3-days a week by doing less. Not more. The trap of entrepreneurship is that there will always be more to do. → More ideas to pursue → More offers to launch → More strategies to implement → More marketing channels to try But less is more when you are building a business. Spend more time thinking and strategizing. Spend less time running around doing random tasks. You don't have to work 80 hours a week to be successful. Build a business that buys back your time.

One of my friends just quit his job after 14 years at the same company. For 13 of those years, he loved the bosses he worked under. He also got paid a lot of money because he was great at his job. Last year, there was a massive re-org at the company and he got a new manager. And that manager has made his life hell for the past 9 months. ↳ Constantly micromanaging his work ↳ Second-guessing him in front of superiors ↳ Refusing to approve pre-planned vacations with his family. On top of that, his new manager refused to put him up for a promotion this year even though his projects have had a significant impact on the company! And he has been losing sleep because of all this. So after spending almost his entire career at this company, he has finally decided to leave. Even though he has nothing else lined up. Great employees don't just quit jobs. They quit bad managers.

Your clients aren't paying for your time. They're paying for: ↳ The failures that taught you what doesn't work ↳ The decade you spent mastering your craft ↳ The transformation only you can deliver ↳ The system you've perfected What costs a client $50,000 and 3 years to figure out on their own You can help them achieve in 90 days for $10,000. That's a $40,000 discount and 33 months of their life back. It's not about the cost, it's about the value of what you're providing. Your expertise isn't expensive. Their alternative is.

My wife and I spent the last 5 weeks touring Brazil. And it led to our biggest ever month in the business. I tried to explain why to one of my friends: When you have the freedom to: → Work on your own schedule → Escape the winter for warm weather → Go to the beach before or after a long day → Enjoy your life as much as you enjoy your work You become the most productive version of yourself. You also feel less stressed and more inspired - daily! When your mind is right, you can produce incredible results. Build the kind of life you don't need a vacation from.

If you're launching a new business in 2026, you only need one tool to validate your idea: Apollo. Not because it's the flashiest AI tool out there. But because it answers the only question that actually matters: "Can I get real, paying customers?" I've launched 13 businesses. 9 failed. Every single failure came down to the same problem: I couldn't consistently get in front of the right people. Here's what I wish I had back then: Week 1: Validate that your market exists "Find 1,000 companies matching my ideal customer profile" In 5 minutes, you know if there's actually enough market to build a business around. Week 2: Test if you can reach decision-makers Apollo's AI Assistant identifies the actual buyers - not just company names, but the people who sign checks. Week 3: See if your message resonates "Write a 3-email sequence testing this value proposition." You're in market before you've written a single line of code. Week 4: Launch v1 of your offer If the response rates are good, you've validated demand. If they're not, you've saved yourself 6 months of building the wrong thing. There’s a difference between guessing what the market wants and knowing. Build your own thing in 2026. No more excuses Try Apollo here: https://lnkd.in/gDV_AgEG #ApolloAIAssistant #ApolloPartner

There are 2 types of business owners. Most stay stuck in the first type. Type 1 is The Technician You're still doing the work: ↳ Creating all the content ↳ Handling every client ↳ Managing all projects ↳ Making every decision ↳ Solving every problem Your income is tied to your time. Your business stops when you stop. Type 2: The Architect You've built systems that work: ↳ Content gets created ↳ Clients get great results ↳ Projects keep moving forward ↳ Teams make decisions without you ↳ Problems get solved before you know about them Your revenue is tied to your systems. Your business grows while you sleep. You enjoy the profit. If you're still doing ALL the work, you're not running a business. You have just created another high-paying job. First, master the work. Then build the machine.

A founder I worked with for 8 weeks just hired a wealth manager. Before we worked together, his side hustle made less than $25k in a year. In November 2025, that same business earned $90,000 in one month. So this founder did what I wish I did years ago. They hired someone to manage their money. The biggest mistake I see from entrepreneurs is that they try to figure everything out on their own. → How to build better offers → How to hire the right people → How to scale with paid marketing → How to manage their money as it grows I made this mistake & lost a ton of time and money thinking I was smarter than I was. If you want to go to the next level in your business Just hire people that have been to that level before.
