Welcome to the hot-phase for EU–INC 🇪🇺🔥 In march the European Commission, led by Michael McGrath, will publish their proposal how they think the 28th regime should be implemented. I keep telling people that I am 100% confident that they will propose it as regulation. And I am going even further than that, that they are actively listening to the community and that something like EU–INC will pass. Everyone is confused why I am so confident. The reason is simple: Founders don't need Europe. Europe needs Founders. Urgently. I wrote up a quick article that summarizes the latest status of EU–INC. Including which details they need to get right (available to everyone, new digital registry, TFEU 352 law, and a few more) and how you can help making this reality.
