SDR – Sales Development Representative
This role is primarily responsible for generating, qualifying, and supplying the sales team with high-quality leads through proactive outbound and inbound engagement. The role focuses on building a healthy sales pipeline by identifying potential customers, qualifying their needs, and converting them into sales-ready opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads on an ongoing basis to support the sales team pipeline.
Engage with prospective customers via outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital channels.
Execute outbound lead generation activities and qualify inbound leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
Understand the prospect’s business and core needs to ensure lead quality.
Schedule product demos and sales meetings for the sales team.
Accurately log and maintain all activities, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent and predictable flow of qualified opportunities.
Meet daily and monthly targets related to lead generation and qualification.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience as an SDR, in lead generation, or inside sales is a strong plus.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone.
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume environment.
Basic understanding of SaaS business models or POS solutions is preferred.
Strong discipline in CRM usage and data accuracy.
Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and execution skills.
