365 days ago, I was running a completely different business, and I was only able to do a total 360 because of this one thing. Ngl it was one of the scariest things I have ever done- to completely change the business that had: - Allowed me to quit making lattes for a living - Showed me what it was like to work remotely - Taken up most of my time in my early 20s It wasn’t until I realised that this business wasn’t working for me. Suddenly, I took weeks off and decided to change everything. I used the personal brand I had built over the past 2 years. I utilised the network I had built around me. Signed my first new client. Then the rest followed. But I was deeply uncertain. Society tells you that the thing you choose, has to be “it” for life. That you should just know. That you’re “ruining your career” it's not true. You are never stuck. You can always change the path you're on. Now, one year later, I’m running a new business model that still funds my life- all because I had my personal brand, and my incredible network (you guys) to fall back on.🤍 Repost ♻️ to help someone in your network. & use this as inspo to build your personal brand today. Have you ever started from scratch?

See the exact 8 post types that built authority, and made health founders become recognised voices on LinkedIn. I created this to increase visibility for more founders in the health space. Because the content itself, the substance of your posts, is most likely good What's getting in the way of getting REACH, is almost always: - The formatting. It’s HOW you communicate the tips you’re sharing, not the tips themselves. It’s all in this guide → https://lnkd.in/dKUpxuYM ↓ 1. The introduction post 2. The educational post 3. The personal post 4. The storytelling post 5. The strong opinion post 6. The call out your enemy post 7. The ‘I’m doing an experiment’ post 8. The ‘Let’s start a healthy debate’ post enjoy 🤓

80% of people would say I’m a boring person… because honestly I spend my days writing at home I only drink alcohol maybe once a month I love my routines, anywhere I go I would much rather be in nature than in the city I love to go to the same cafe where they know me I rarely bother trying new classes when I’ve found what I love My ideal holiday would be in a cosy cabin surrounded by snow lol Would you say I’m… boring? 🫣 To some - I bet I am 🤪 But where are my people at?! 🤍 If you relate, reach out! Since I’m boring and write so much, I pulled apart the highest-performing posts from my clients. 8 posts. 3 copy-paste templates. Grab it for free here → https://lnkd.in/dKUpxuYM

I’ve spent the last 4 years in the place that gave me the freedom of entrepreneurship, community, and some irreplaceable life lessons… If you didn’t know, I’m half Swedish.🇸🇪 So I’ve always felt a sense of belonging here (literally feels like I'm back to my roots) I moved from the UK 4 years ago. And I’ve been lucky enough to feel so at home. I built my first (actually successful company here) I met someone who said, “You should start posting on LinkedIn” This person changed my life ☝🏼 I’ve hosted wellness events and LinkedIn workshops here I’ve spoken in public here I've rediscovered my love for self-sufficiency here. I haven't ever felt stagnant here. Something to remember: I doubted myself the ENTIRE time. I questioned myself I felt nervous But I did it anyway :) Grateful to younger Frida. - She moved away and built something for herself. Now, I’m hosting a workshop here in Stockholm (two, actually 👀) I trialed this in February (you don't know unless ya try) and it was a success. So now for round two!😌🥳 ❗️ If you're based in Stockholm, sign up here → https://lnkd.in/d9qUYjUy

Just you, running your business, whether you post about it or not, it’s all content. The people who know this, find content creation soo easy. I have clients who don’t rely on selfies to grow their LinkedIn ❌😵(shock) Just because I choose to show my face here- doesn’t mean you have to It doesn’t mean that's what works that’s the only way hellsss no! Here are visual formats you can test: Carousels → I only recommend these if they’re ducational or inspirational Personal story posts don’t thrive with carousels Controversial text-on-image posts → Sparks curiosity and prompts conversation Taking a key line from your post and add it to a background = easy Photos of you doing things IRL (probably the best-performing) → We want to support people doing cool stuff in the world!! And I'm sure you are - so show it! 👉🏼 So if you’re someone who says: “I don’t want to post selfies” great! You don’t have to, this guide breaks down top content, formats and includes templates for you to plug & play - here ya go!! ↳ https://lnkd.in/dKUpxuYM

7 extremely popular products I had to cancel to live a more low-tox life ❌ (low-tox = less toxic) These products are used daily by most of the people I know. Yet they’re silently compromising our hormones, and overall health. (This is not just for the ladies) 1/ AirPods AirPods rely on constant Bluetooth signals close to the head, and while research is still evolving, I would rather reduce my daily exposure. Wired earphones allow me to listen to music or take calls without having a wireless transmitter sitting in my ears for hours each day. 2/ Deodorant Don’t worry, I still wear it ;) just not the traditional ones that sell you on good marketing and “72hrs of freshness” even tho - who doesn’t shower in the space of 72 hrs ?!! 🤣 I have fully converted to Fussy and don't think I'll ever go back.😍 3/ Take away mugs & plastic bottles Takeaway mugs are lined with plastic. I take my stainless steel mug with me if I know I’m going to walk with a hot drink (love doing this) 4/ Perfume Made up of highly toxic chemicals that not enough people know about ❌ Phthalates and hormone disrupters are huge in perfumes. I quit them over 2 years ago when I was healing my acne. Essential oils are cheaper, potent, and natural. Winningggg!🍃 5/ Hair serums - for the ladies, especially. We are marketed to like animals! I can’t believe how much I would rely on hair serums instead of natural plant-derived oils. Almond oil, rose-hip, and coconut are my favourites to reduce frizz. 6/ Shoes Jokinggggg but if I could I would ;) bare foot all the way 👣 7/ Tea bags Tea bags are lined with plastic, so if you’re committed to reducing your plastic exposure, consider buying loose tea leaves. It also makes tea-drinking a lot more fun :) 🫖 😍 Which change will you make FIRST? 🤍 Follow me Frida Waywell if this is your kind of content. In 2022, I realised what it’s like to build a personal brand Not like “ohhh I'm better than everyone” or “I built a massive personal brand.” But as in… I could build a business, create content, write, and post every single day (for free) Then build that business larger than imagined... (This is what happened with my agency - Locus AB) - I ran influencer campaigns for top health brands - I ran organic social media for those brands - I ran Black Friday campaigns - I ran huge giveaways Predominantly, all a result of my personal brand. I went from ‘no one even knows I exist in this space’ to a Top Voice in Influencer Marketing. ~ Enough about me, just trying to show you how powerful sharing your story really can be!👇 I realised it wasn’t about becoming known, it was about being trusted: - Trusted to write and post content for other people - Trusted that I can deliver on what I write about - Trust in my honest, sometimes too direct feedback The crazy thing is, not that many people are building a personal brand A lot of people are hovering Reading posts Liking posts The occasional comment... saying “maybe tomorrow I’ll share something.” and watching other people (in their space) grow and grow! If that’s you, try answering one of these questions and then turning your answer into a post. (I promise, this works!) 👇 1. What’s a challenge you have faced and overcome this last month? 2. What are you looking forward to in the following 30 days? 3. Are there any studies you are currently curious about? → I have a bunch of these questions for clients that I ask, if you want them - send me a DM, just write "QUESTIONS" ✉️ 📌 Want to grow your LinkedIn, like asap? → https://lnkd.in/dAM3wSEx - SAVE this post to come back to when you're doom scrolling (and putting off posting) 🔔 Don’t forget to follow and click the bell :) Frida Waywell

The mindset I cancelled ❌ to show up on here every day for the last 3 years Yes, you read that right I’ve been posting here for nearly 3 years! Almost every single day So whether you’re going through an uninspired patch or second-guessing every word you write … read this ↓ This is not a “I don’t have enough time” problem This is a mindset thing 🧠 It’s what most people struggle with; it’s why they post ‘now and then’ or don’t post at all… ↓ Here's how I approached LinkedIn: 1. I stopped thinking it was selfish to talk about myself. 2. I VALUED the small life experiences I had been through (this is the basis of your content) 3. I literally provided SO much free value to my ideal clients for the first 6 months that it felt silly not to share. Then I: → Made sure I was carving out time to post each day → Took the pressure off! My posts were and are NEVER perfect Mindset first. Making time later. You got this!! ps. what stops you posting every day?? what gets in your way? - 🤍 SAVE this to come back to when you're falling off track. 🧐 Need help with your LinkedIn like asap? One thing that’s become really clear to me this week Everyone is questioning the system. Everyone. I’ve spoken to: My younger brother's friends My hairdresser My best friend My parents Everyone is saying one thing: “Yeah, we don’t know what to believe anymore” We can’t trust the news We can’t trust half of the content on social media We can’t trust the people in power We can’t trust the grounds we are standing on, the rules put in place. Yep, the world is in complete chaos. It's scary. So I urge everyone to question everything you have been conforming to and told to believe. With the rise of AI, and everything going on in the world. Trust has been broken. 😞 So, please - in this chaotic world, keep the trust in yourself and your loved ones. That trust should not be broken ☝🏼🤍 Kindness, compassion, self-respect, going after a life you want - is more important now than ever.. 🙏🏻 ps. I'm lucky enough to work with clients who share the same POV, the world is chaos, but the work we do is to make this a better place.. 🌍

That meeting you had last week? Write about it. That event you attended last month? Write about it. The person you saw on the street who made you think? Write about it. Your cousins brithday party? Write about it. A conversation you had with your grandma? Write about it. Suddenly, your day flips upside down? Write about it. Products ran out, you’ve sold more than you have? Write about it. You have to move warehouses? Write about it. You’re running a business with your husband? Write about it. You got your brand inspiration from your daughter? Write about it. It’s often not an ideation problem when it comes to my clients. 2021: I was doing all of the bio-hacks, yet had the worst health of my life 2022: My routines were consistent, but my hormones were all over the place 2023: Learnt more about my health in this year than in my entire life, because I started working with health brands 2024: Completely flipped my health around (for free) by acting on the advice I learnt from my clients & online 2025: Best shape of my life, skin finally clear and my body is strong, hormones regular THIS ☝🏼 is why I started writing for HEALTH. Because the right information changed my life 🙏🏻 sometimes it’s just a matter of right place, right time and your entire life could change... That’s what it was for me. Reading the right content, learning from the brands and founders who were in it themselves. That’s why I’m SO BIG on: → sharing more real stories within health → writing for founders/ entrepreneurs who don't have the time → making sure the best brands are actually known by the people who need them I launched myself into this industry with an open-mind Now I’m in it with a clear mind & more knowledge than ever 😳 and if this sounds like you: “I don’t want to post selfies” great! you don’t have to. For a while, my clients content just wasn’t attracting the “right” people, so here’s what we did :) I’ll break down the exact step by step ↓ Because posting takes time & effort and if it’s just attracting randoms online, it’s not sustainable (and a bit annoying) Apply these steps to your own strategy today (no excuses) ;) 👉🏼 My clients wants to attract: → B2B buyers and retailors to her supplements company 1️⃣ So here’s what we did first: → Came up with a list of 15 accounts we were going to engage with daily → Connected with relevant buyers, and people we needed in the network 2️⃣ Then, we tested ↓ → Different content types → Content that was personal, product-focused, customer-focused and so on… → Gave it some time to understand the best-performing content, then doubled down on that 3️⃣ Here’s what we NEVER missed: → Strong Call To Actions (and tracking which ones converted the most) → Posting days, we made it clear to the audience when we were posting and never missed a day (every day is an opportunity) → With every post, asking the question: “what is the purpose of this post?” → Applying story-telling to our content strategy 🩵 To summarise: 1/ Know your goals 2/ Know the people you need to get you there 3/ Create a system that makes it easy to show up daily 4/ Test, test, test I thought this would help ☝🏼 Good luck!! ps. grab this guide - It’s the LinkedIn posts that generated 100k+ Impressions for my clients. A LinkedIn post that got me noticed by tens of thousands was a post about AirPods. It wasn't a post about business or the LinkedIn algorithm. It was me, sharing my ‘unconventional’ yet very real opinion on AirPods. And here’s why it worked: Because I took a stance on something. Some people agreed. Some people totally disagreed. That’s the point. I want to tell you that it’s okay if you share content - and some people disagree. That’s actually a good thing (believe it or not) - Great content isn't always agreeable - Great content might upset some people But great content is honest, real, and unapologetic. That's what we're lacking right now.☝🏼 ♻️ Repost if you agree that we need more of this. Are you going to be bolder here on LinkedIn?!

I've been close to giving up and accepting a full-time role at a company (this was offered to me), but these things kept me going. I've built something for the last 3 years while feeling unsure the entire time That’s entrepreneurship :) It’s scary Uncertain At times, horrendous But when you’re on a bigger mission, those things don’t matter so much. I’ve met people who face scary decisions every single day, but their mission keeps them going. Here’s what really matters: 1/ Your mission is bigger than yourself 2/ Celebrating your wins (big AND small) 3/ At times, you might have to create wins for yourself. 4/ Being open to change 5/ People. People. People. These things make the scary times worth it. 🙏🏻 And it's all down to these, that I'm still: - working for myself - working with amazing clients - running a one-person company in Sweden -- I have FREE LinkedIn templates for you to use → download them now :) https://lnkd.in/dmsFtJGn (They've helped generate 100k+ impressions) 🥳 and made for you to easily apply them to your content.

I gave myself 2 weeks to make it work. ‘Launch the event and make it a success.’ 30 days ago, that's what I told myself☝🏼 And I was able to host the very first of my LinkedIn events, in-person here in Sweden! It was that moment when you set your mind to something, then there’s no going back 😎 And I was able to host a room with incredibly inspiring entrepreneurs That's the power of making yourself visible. - You post even when you doubt yourself. - You post even when no one is reading. - You post even when you feel like quitting. Because then you’re able to do things like this: - Change your business model and still be in profit - Host a last-minute in-person event - Help people get themselves seen around the world (That last one is my favourite) So, if you're still reading this, knowing that your LinkedIn isn't getting the reach it should - keep showing up! 4 weeks ago, I did something I never thought would be possible  Especially since 3 months before this, I really felt like quitting my biz I was offered a pretty dreamy full-time role at a company I respected a lot but I had to turn it down because once you run a company, experience the freedom- there’s no going back right😂 But I was scared… Scared I'd never have business ideas again. Scared I’d lost my ambition. Scared my work didn’t excite me anymore. Scared of failing publicly. Then I stopped getting in my own way. I finally decided to change something. 4 weeks ago, I hosted an in-person workshop in Stockholm. I gathered entrepreneurs to learn all about LinkedIn, Because 👇 - Only ~3% of users post weekly content here. - I was able to build my agency through what I built on LinkedIn. - Too many people forget this is a social media platform. - Every day that you don’t show up… is a missed opportunity. That’s what kept me showing up, for years.😳 So even if you're: - Scared - Doubting - And no one is seeing your posts Remember my story and the 1000s of others who have actually built business off the back of posting here on LinkedIn. I grew up in a culture where “It’s not that easy” was said on repeat Not easy to leave a job you hate Not easy to quit a degree you can’t see yourself in Not easy to travel, even though you have the savings Not easy to ask for a promotion, even though you deserve it "It's not that easy" became an excuse not to change. It sounds harsh, but I can't get it out of my head. ↓ It’s not a matter of ease It’s a matter of FEAR This is the mindset dominating most people in the UK right now ☝🏼 and it’s causing more people to be miserable … and more people to lose trust in themselves Maybe “It’s not that easy.” But IT IS... - An opportunity - A challenge - A chance to build grit - A chance to build character - A chance to prove to yourself that you're strong - Potentially life-changing - Exciting - WORTH IT. Who promised “easy” anyway…? the choices we make in our 20s, 30s, 40s... dictate eveerything. Take the risk, even if it's the hardest thing you have ever done. I'll never regret my risk. 🙏🏻 ok tell me - what's the BIGGEST risk you have taken?! 👀 me - quitting my job when I had no recurring clients ☕️ (it all worked out) 📌 Like this post? Trust doesn’t come from information alone - AI has heaps of it Yet AI content flops Trust comes from your story your mistakes your voice you experiences your beliefs your result your quirks your ability to be yourself ☝🏼That’s where trust is built. And it's not easy to just do all of the above, in public, on LinkedIn. You start slowww 🤏🏻 One day, you share your story of how you got here. The next day, you share a mistake you hate to admit… Then you share an unpopular belief of yours about your industry The day after, you talk about the amazing results you achieved and so on… each "first" feels uncomfortable (and embarrassing) but each second, third, tenth… starts to feel easier and easier until you’re showing up consistently and can’t imagine it ever feeling hard. THIS happens with everything in life.😌 It feels hard, you can’t imagine ever doing it, then a year later, it becomes second nature to you. We’re humans! I generate inbound leads for my clients every single week All because I do this one thing: Write LinkedIn content post that content every day My clients are busy - They’re busy running their own business - They know LinkedIn can help them become known - They don’t have the background in copywriting But what they do have is a very good product or service, and a story to back that.☝🏼 I've spent nearly 3 years posting here. I've spent over a year writing and growing other people. Now, I've pieced together a download that gives you the successful-post frameworks that you can apply straight away.😌 Because LinkedIn shouldn't be - the last place you go to to try and make sales - take so much mental energy that you end up hating it - boring (it's actually quite fun here) This download includes: 💪🏻 The 8 types of posts that convert and build brands. 📝 Copy & Paste Post templates for health founders. 🤗 A few best practises get your posts seen & your profile growing. My younger self would be so disappointed that she’s not running an influencer marketing agency with a team around the world rn 😪😪 No… No, she wouldn’t. This was “supposed” to be my situation right now I was “supposed” to have a team around the world International clients be a guest speaking on podcasts becasue of what I’ve built but im not… because you know what? I started on the path I thought I wanted I realised it wasn’t for me I pivototed and you can too! ↓ - I’ve had about 7 jobs - I’ve tried 3 businesses in the past So please, remember this: 1/ Your next step is NOT your final destination, it’s your stepping stone! I used to get so hung up on “if I go there, am I stuck there?!” and the answer is always no, you are never stuck 🙏🏻 and every step, just takes you on to something new. 2/ You might be on a path, then realise that path is not for you, and that’s GOOD. People don’t like change, and they especially don’t like to see other people change in front of them - it’s uncomfortable. But let’s start reminding ourselves that change is the ONLY constant in life. Nature shows us that every single day 👀🪾🌲 If you ever catch yourself feeling like you're not where you're "supposed" to be. Then I hope this helps. ps. AI can either make building your personal brand 1000x easier or completely destroy it. Here’s how If you care about growing an authentic personal brand, keep reading We’re seeing it everywhere… Some of the creators we used to love are now full of AI “optimised” takes It’s boring and honestly… SO obvious maybe a little lazy too… I’m not against using AI. But I am against it taking over your perspectives, opinions, and creativity. It might be “optimising”, but isn’t it also making things boring?🥱 Just like when you start to optimise life, you become disconnected. Start to optimise content, and you disconnect from it. Saying ”just use ChatGPT” is no longer relevant or clever. ↓ How to use it to make growing your personal brand 1000x easier: ✅ Organising files, e.g. your life stories, beliefs, opinions - and creating content pillars from those folders. ❌ Writing content, writing comments, anything outward-facing is a huge risk to your brand. ✅ Finding relevant, high-performing content and coming up with ways to relate it to your own expertise. ❌ Not writing and finalising your content from scratch. ✅ Researching stats and relevant studies for your content. ❌ Your real-life experiences - it can never experience what you are seeing/feeling on a day-to-day basis. It doesn’t have to be so black & white. It can help you, without taking over you. opinions? ps. I’m interested in ethical AI tools right now. Do you have your go-to stack? Last week, I spent an hour helping my friend write her LinkedIn content Here are some things we improved (you can make these changes too) We started with her profile: ↳ The heading text should be as far away from salesy as possible Instead of: Helping entrepreneurs with their email marketing Try this: The only email marketing tips for entrepreneurs -Lead with WHY they should follow you, THEN share what it is that you do. ↳ We made sure everything was super on brand. From the banner to the featured section. ↳ Got more personal with the about section - we changed it to share what she’s built, using her personal story (read mine as an example) Then we went onto her posts: ↳ Hooks needed a total upgrade We got more specific, used numbers where possible ↳ Added more story and personal perspectives in each post. Instead of sharing the tips straight away, we came up with a format to share WHY the tips are so important, then share the tips ↳ She was using a lot of AI and it was obvious. So we decided to create some templates to make writing easier and faster - with zero AI Helping my biz-owner friends with stuff like this makes me so happy. 🔔 Follow me Frida Waywell, for more LinkedIn tips and the occasional contrarian post. ;) ps. you can get my high-performing post breakdowns for free ↓ https://lnkd.in/dKUpxuYM

I fell for the whole ‘run a business so that you can afford a cook, cleaner, and never have to do anything that connects you with the real world ever again.’ This is what 90% of the business gurus were raving about just 4 years ago (when I really launched myself into this space) and I believed it! This was pretty much taped to my wall for 2 years: → enough money to hire a cleaner → enough money to retire my mum → decide my own schedule entirely (none of these things are bad to want btw) ☝🏼 But they weren’t really what I wanted → I like to be needed by people, which means I don't always create my schedule → I quite like using cleaning as a way to calm my mind → I enjoy cooking, even growing my own food → my mum… well I’d still love that one so let’s see ;) Here’s how my ambitions have changed & what I actually want: They might not seem 'big' to most → To live a self-sufficient life, off the grid Yep, I’m serious (Tbh I think a lot of people want this life atm) but not many get the chance to actually live it I’m lucky that I got a chance to try this life for myself last year (and I'll be right back into it in 2 months 🌲) Can confirm: It’s rewarding. So my dreams might not be to: optimise my entire life so that all I get to do is be on sales calls 😍😍 But I want to learn as much as I can from the real world, and share that with the world (aka you!) Building a personal brand and helping people in health build theirs, has got me here. ☁️ How do you see your life? ♻️ REPOST to give others permission to do the same. ps.
