Yes, it’s a sport fastback. But above all, it’s a pure, roaring Alpine, full of character and tech. We built it to show that soul matters more than software! Now, let me zoom out for a second. Just over three years ago, Alpine was sitting in the garage with the engine off. No roadmap, no new cars, no clear purpose in #F1. Honestly, things didn’t look great. But I believed — we believed — that this brand could shift gears and rejoin the race. In just three years, we’ve tripled A110 sales, brought purpose back to our plants, and united top talent from #motorsport and engineering around one mission: make Alpine a world-class sports brand. SEAT turns 75, and I feel lucky to have been part of the ride! SEAT isn’t just a brand to me, it’s a very relevant part of my journey. It’s the company that put Spain on wheels. The car everyone has a story about. It brought families together, gave young people freedom, and helped move an entire country forward. That’s not just automotive history, that’s culture. And it all started in Barcelona. A city full of energy, creativity, and optimism. I had the chance to work there at a key moment and saw first-hand what this team is made of: resilience, passion, belief. We went through a lot together… and built something that mattered. From that same spirit came CUPRA, one of the best projects I have participated to. Emotional, electric, different. But always true to its roots. Honestly, every time I see a Formentor on the street, I feel proud and confident that the next 75 years will be even better! Not many carmakers reach this milestone. SEAT did, and it’s still moving forward. Feliz cumpleaños. The best chapters are still ahead.

In Barcelona, I had the joy of celebrating the launch of Diccionario Sentimental del Automóvil, a moment that was both professionally and emotionally significant for me. Spain has always played a key role in my journey. I’ve lived here, worked here, and have always felt a special connection with its people, while sharing the same passion for cars. This book is not just a tribute to #automobile or #innovation, but rather a way to honor the people, the stories, and the pioneers who have shaped the way we move. It’s also about celebrating human connections, the shared moments, and the impact each individual can have on the mobility industry. And the best part? The book is also available in Latin America, so those there who share this passion can enjoy its e-book version! A big thank you to Roger Domingo and Noemí de Miguel for their warm welcome, and to everyone who joined the event. All proceeds from the book go to Asociación Candelita, helping women in vulnerable situations obtain their driver’s license — a true passport to independence and freedom. This week, I was in Shanghai and Hong Kong — two cities that capture the pulse of modern China — for my first China International Import Expo (CIIE). The energy was electric.​ ​ My connection to China runs deep. I’ve long admired its culture, hospitality, and above all, its ability to innovate and move at incredible speed.​ ​ At CIIE, I had the honor of meeting Premier Li Qiang, who first invited Kering to join the Expo back in 2019, and engaging closely with our teams, Houses, partners, and local leaders across the week. I listened, learned, and left deeply inspired by the creative force driving this market forward.​ ​ We also launched the Kering CRAFT program with Shanghai Fashion Week — a creative residency nurturing the next generation of Chinese talent in design, artisanship, and technology. Its mission is simple: learn together, open doors, and build bridges between China and Europe so that talent can thrive.​ ​ China is not only one of the most dynamic luxury markets in the world — it’s a source of inspiration, where technology, design, and sustainability converge.​ ​ Our commitment here is long-term. As we wrap up the #Renaulution, I can't help but feel a surge of energy! This moment is special, but the real excitement lies ahead! The automotive world is shifting gears at full throttle, and I’m truly grateful for the trust our shareholders have shown. It’s their belief in us that gives us the drive to push forward at top speed. This year, we’ve hit some major milestones: €4.3 billion in operating margin, the best in 126 years, and €9 billion in free cash flow over the last four years. These results are like a strong foundation beneath our feet, giving us the flexibility to take bold, decisive steps into the future. Of course, none of this would have been possible without our 100,000 talents’ commitment. Together, we’ve given new life to our brands. Renault is now #3 in Europe, Dacia holds third place in the private market, and Alpine has tripled its value since 2020. That’s the kind of progress that makes you proud to be part of this team. We’ve also rolled out 22 new models in just 3 years—10 of them this year alone—with the R5 and A290 already picking up awards! But let’s not forget the bigger picture. We’re not just about building cars, we’re driving the charge toward a sustainable future. With Ampere and Horse Powertrain, we’re pushing ahead with cutting-edge #tech, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2040 in Europe and 2050 globally. And we believe value is only real when it’s shared. That’s why we’ve distributed €2.3 billion to our teams since the start of the Renaulution—on top of salaries—to reward their incredible work. We launched OneHealth, a healthcare program now covering 80% of employees. And today, 90% of our employees are also shareholders—because those who help build value should benefit from it too. Looking ahead, our FUTURAMA strategy is all about playing the long game: creating lasting value through bold #innovation and smart growth. The world is changing, fast. If Europe doesn’t move, it will be moved. That was my core message at the Brussels Economic Forum, where I had the chance to speak on a panel tackling one of the most urgent questions of our time: What place for Europe in the new global economic order? My answer? We need less hesitation, and more ambition. In a world where the US and China are setting new rules through bold industrial strategies, Europe must stop playing catch-up. We need to lead, and fast. The auto industry is a good case study. It used to be a symbol of Europe’s strength. Today, it stands at the crossroads of #climate targets, #tech disruption, and rising geopolitical pressure. We don’t just need to adapt. We need to reset. At Renault Group, we’ve already made that shift: - Creating over 20 strategic partnerships to build resilient ecosystems - Launching Ampere to drive #EV and #software innovation from Europe - Embedding #AI into everything we do to boost speed, quality, and efficiency But no company can succeed alone. Europe must play as a team. That means: - A real industrial strategy that makes innovation affordable - Smarter, simpler regulation that enables rather than restricts - Tech sovereignty built on partnerships and scale — not protectionism Europe has the talent. 🔌🚗 A new chapter starts today, and it begins in Utrecht! We’ve just switched on Europe’s first large-scale Vehicle-to-Grid (#V2G) car-sharing service. Not a prototype. Not a lab test. A real ecosystem, live on the streets of one of Europe’s most forward-thinking cities. With 500 Renault E-Tech electric cars — starting with the Renault 5 — we’re going beyond clean driving. These vehicles are now part of the energy system: they charge on solar power, store energy, and feed it back when demand spikes. That’s Mobilize V2G tech in action.   It’s a breakthrough on three levels: - A city is becoming an energy player. - Shared EVs are balancing the grid. - Clean #mobility becomes more affordable and accessible.   This initiative is a perfect example of how public-private collaboration can accelerate the #energy transition. None of this happened by chance, and for that I want to thank our teams at Renault Group, We Drive Solar’s public charging infrastructure, MyWheels’ smart sharing platform and the Municipality of #Utrecht.   Now, we need to move faster. That means smarter regulation, with the right incentives, grid pricing, and certification pathways to let this model grow across Europe. One thing is for sure: every #EV can do more than just get you from point A to B!

Ho avuto l’onore di parlare alla Camera dei deputati a Roma, un palco che non è solo un luogo istituzionale, ma una vera e propria officina di idee per il futuro dell’industria automobilistica europea. L’industria #auto è come un motore che da 150 anni alimenta la prosperità dell’Europa, ma oggi quel motore deve essere reinventato: la strada davanti a noi è una sfida impegnativa, non una semplice discesa. Parlare di elettrico significa molto più che cambiare tecnologia: è riscrivere il DNA della #mobilità, costruendo una catena del valore nuova, fatta di innovazione, collaborazione e coraggio. Voglio sottolineare quanto l’Italia sia terreno fertile per questa nuova mobilità, con un ecosistema sempre più solido e investimenti in crescita. Renault Group crede nel nostro Paese e vuole essere protagonista di questa rivoluzione verde. Sono convinto che l’Europa debba guidare questa transizione con una strategia industriale chiara, olistica e condivisa, puntando su innovazione, competitività e sostenibilità. Dobbiamo collaborare, essere agili e guardare al futuro senza dimenticare le nostre radici. This year at #VivaTech, we set the stage for a new kind of rescue mission. One where #tech and teamwork join forces like never before. Introducing Vision 4rescue! Firefighters, and everyday heroes face the toughest challenges. Solving these problems needs more than one company, it needs a bold alliance. And for three years, Software République has been that alliance: a team breaking silos to build real solutions. Vision 4rescue is our latest achievement. A Renault 4 E-Tech electric car turned HQ on wheels, connected to drones, urban equipment, and 19 solutions working in real time to manage complex situations. In wildfires and emergencies, it helps heroes see the big picture, predict risks, locate victims, save time, and coordinate like a well-oiled machine. This is tech with purpose, not for show, but to save lives. Huge thanks to our 7 core musketeers and our 7 new partners who joined this year: Parrot, HawAI.tech, Green-Communications, PERIPHERAL, plus the Paris Firefighters Brigade, the National Federation of Firefighters, and the Fire & Rescue Department of Yvelines. One simple goal brought us together: turning ideas into real momentum. I got to explore the latest initiatives and collaborations around AI, 3D, digital experiences, operational excellence, but above all, I discovered how innovation is deeply connected to the world of luxury. My ambition is to support and complement this natural projection towards the future that already exists across our Houses and to give it the right tools to grow.
