A few months ago, Xhoni Mimillari sent me a private message.
And not just any message — a thoughtful one.
He had read my work. Engaged with it. Commented with intention.
I remember thinking…how did he even find me in this sea of brilliance on LinkedIn?
Shocked.
Humbled.
Grateful.
Then recently he invited me to his free workshop.
And when I tell you it was next level… I mean it.
He broke down the levels of buyer psychology in a way that was both deeply strategic and wildly practical.
No fluff or recycled “post more content” advice.
It was thoughtful.
Clear.
Actionable.
There were 100 of us on that call from all over the world and you could feel the intentionality behind what he created. It wasn’t about hype. It was about mastery.
Xhoni doesn’t just teach people how to “post better.”
He helps them understand how to fill their pipeline on LinkedIn by aligning message, psychology, and positioning.
That’s a different game entirely.
And here’s what struck me most was that he showed up in person the same as he does on LI.
He’s kind.
He’s warm; funny.
He leads with generosity.
He shared openly about retiring his parents.
And the way he talks about his momma...as a mom of boys, that got me right in the heart.
Expert.
Strategic.
Heart of gold.
He’s hosting an in-person event in Italy this Summer and I may just have to book a ticket because when someone creates that much value in a free room… you pay attention to what happens in the paid one.
...and for those of you curious, no, I'm not a client (yet) but he is the one I point others to always.
If you’re serious about building authority and actually converting attention into opportunity on LinkedIn, he’s someone worth knowing.
