>> 𝐀𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬. 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐨. In my latest conversation with Mike Band (National Football League (NFL), we explored how one of the most data-driven environments in the world actually uses AI; not as hype, but as a real decision-making system. What stood out the most is something many companies still get wrong: 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬.  𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. 𝐀 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬: • 80% of the work is data preprocessing; not the model itself • In real-time systems, latency vs accuracy is a constant trade-off • “Good process, bad outcome” is often the right decision • AI should support your judgment, not replace it • Context is everything; without it, even the best models fail In the National Football League (NFL), every decision is high-stakes and time-sensitive. And that’s exactly how leaders should start thinking about AI in business. Stop treating AI as a side experiment. Start treating it as a core decision-making capability. 👉 If you treated every key decision in your company with the same rigor as an NFL game-time call, what would you do differently starting tomorrow? 🎧 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 🔗 YouTube: https://lnkd.in/dnA6T9Qs 🔗 Amazon Music: https://lnkd.in/dZWYrqJ5 🔗 Apple Podcasts: https://lnkd.in/dxmppqnj 🔗 Spotify: https://lnkd.in/dcd4V8gJ 🔗 RSS: https://lnkd.in/dE-k7nJE ---- 👉 Love my content? ☑ Follow me on LinkedIn: https://lnkd.in/gjUQk7HF 👉 Found this helpful? >> The 3 biggest mistakes people make with AI tools And why they stay stuck Mistake 1 They keep old tools Using 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 with 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 with 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 Result Double work same output Mistake 2 They don’t go all in Using 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 casually instead of switching to 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 workflows Result Surface level gains Mistake 3 They ignore creation tools Still using 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲 Instead of 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗞𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 Result Hours wasted every week The truth 𝗔𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 Half adoption does not work You either redesign your workflow Or you fall behind So be honest Are you experimenting Or actually transforming? ---- 👉 Love my content? ☑ Follow me on LinkedIn: https://lnkd.in/gjUQk7HF 👉 Found this helpful? Think of it as “Claude CoWork for Business.” But it’s not another chatbot. It’s a digital workforce. Instead of giving advice, AI actually executes tasks. Example: Tell it: “Build a Shopify store.” The agent team will: • analyze product trends • select products • create listings • launch social campaigns • run daily operations In one demo, a store reached $10K in 30 days. Another case? A spa owner uploaded a photo of an empty space. AI generated: • 2D layouts • 3D designs • supplier sourcing • price negotiations • logistics plans Here’s the real shift: 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 “𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲” 𝘁𝗼 “𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.” Not: “Here’s what you should do.” But: “I already did it.” Which unlocks the one-person company. A founder with what looks like a full team: • marketing • procurement • operations • analytics But it’s just AI agents working 24/7. >> Anthropic went from zero to $14B run rate in 3 years Let that sink in That may be the fastest scale in software history. Claude Code alone is reportedly at a multi billion run rate in under a year. It now generates a meaningful share of GitHub commits. Think about that. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲. While others chased consumer hype, Anthropic targeted enterprise budgets, codebases and recurring workflows. 500 plus enterprises reportedly spend seven figures annually. That is not experimentation. That is infrastructure. Yes, compute costs are enormous. But revenue is compounding at a pace that changes the burn equation. If this holds, 2026 will not be about better prompts. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿. >> I almost ignored this list because I thought I was already “up to date” with AI. That assumption cost me hours every week. The uncomfortable truth? The people moving fastest aren’t working harder, they’re quietly using tools most feeds never talk about. Most people still think AI is just ChatGPT. The reality? It’s invisible workflows, instant content, smarter data, cleaner visuals, faster videos, and voices that sound human. Here’s a list of secret AI tools nobody talks about: 1. http://Levity.ai – Workflow automation bot 2. http://Jasper.ai – AI content writer 3. http://Gamma.app – modern slide creation 4. http://Magiceraser.io – Remove unwanted objects 5. http://Socratic.org – Homework help & solutions 6. http://Hex.tech – Data analysis workspace 7. http://Summarize.tech – Video summarization 8. http://ElevenLabs.io – Natural-sounding AI voices 9. http://OpusClip.com – Automatic short-form clips 10. https://www.sloyd.ai/ – 3D asset creator 11. http://Figstack.com – Code explanation tool 12. https://www.jurny.com/ – AI travel planner While some are still debating whether AI is useful, others are stacking leverage daily and widening the gap quietly. >> If your company is slow with AI this is probably why. Too many leaders. Not enough builders. Look at the image. - CEO - CIO - CTO - Head of AI - AI Consultant - CDO - Innovation Manager - And one person actually digging. 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿. It sounds funny but it describes what is happening inside many organizations right now. Companies say they want AI transformation. So they create: - An AI task force - An AI steering committee - An AI center of excellence - Three strategy decks - Six alignment meetings But nobody actually builds anything. Startups do the opposite. - One builder. - One problem. - One prototype. - Ship. - Test. - Improve. - Repeat. The uncomfortable truth about AI right now is this. 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. It is a building sport. Velocity comes from people who experiment. Who prototype. Who break things and learn fast. Every extra approval layer slows that down. Every new manager adds another slide deck. And suddenly your “AI initiative” produces more PowerPoint than product. If you want real AI progress there is a simple rule. 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀. Then get out of their way. So be honest. In your company right now how many people are digging and how many are standing around the hole? ---- 👉 Love my content? ☑ Follow me on LinkedIn: https://lnkd.in/gjUQk7HF 👉 Found this helpful? >> AI won’t “replace your team.” It will replace your operating model. Most execs are still debating tools. Meanwhile, the winners are redesigning workflows, governance, and leverage. This week’s DIGITAL STORM weekly is built for operators who want signal, not noise: ✅ AI is moving from assistant to operator, with agents like Dex and Copilot starting to do real work. ✅ The real AI war is shifting below the model layer to power, compute, infrastructure, and AI factories. ✅ Wall Street may be betting on the wrong losers as AI pushes value from SaaS into the rails underneath. ✅ Always-on AI coworkers are arriving fast, from Mac mini agents to systems that could run whole companies. ✅ The next winners in AI will not be the loudest strategists, but the fastest builders who actually ship. >> 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵. AI isn't about generating responses. It's about 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. Right now, most enterprise teams are fragmenting AI across tools and hoping for results: → One model writes copy → Another reviews code → Someone pastes outputs into Slack → Nobody owns the outcome It looks like progress. It's just expensive fragmentation. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹. Complete takes you all the way. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱. Same context. To 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲-𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. - Product agent defines strategy. - PM agent executes detailed plans. - Coder agent builds the product. - QA agent delivers tested code. All in one workspace with your team. 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 ensuring 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. What Complete delivers isn't just finished. It's live and demo-ready on the spot. And with flexibility that goes far beyond what most services allow, you build exactly what your business needs, not what a template permits. The real breakthrough: AI speed + Expert quality + One shared workspace = Enterprise-grade quality products The team oversees. Agents execute. Experts refine. AI transformation isn't about more tools. It's about 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. If your AI stack still lives in isolated chats, you're not scaling. You're building invisible technical debt. >> Most product teams underestimate one thing: The maintenance cost of “simple” features. A few years ago I watched a team decide to build their own document workflow. The plan sounded harmless: “Just generate a few PDFs.” “Add signatures.” “Hook it to the database.” Two weeks of work. Six months later it looked like this: • 40+ edge cases • Versioned PDF templates • Multi-signer logic • Compliance requirements • Constant maintenance whenever a form changed What started as a “quick feature” quietly became infrastructure. And none of it made the product better. That’s the trap with document workflows. They look simple because the first version is simple. The real cost shows up later: maintenance, compliance, edge cases, and security. If I were building a product that depends on documents today, I wouldn’t build that layer myself. I’d embed it. Using Anvil, you can handle the entire workflow without reinventing the infrastructure: • Dynamic web forms • Auto-filled PDFs • Built-in e-signatures • Data routed across systems • Fully embedded inside your product The best product teams focus engineering effort on their differentiator. Not paperwork. 👉 Check out Anvil workflows here https://lnkd.in/d-YjMvMJ ♻️ Repost this to help your network 🔍 Follow Dr. Joerg Storm Storm for no-BS AI insights, viral tools & growth hacks #AnvilSponsor

>> 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. For years AI helped us write emails, summarize documents, and generate slides. Useful. But not revolutionary. The real change happens when AI stops suggesting work and starts doing the work. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱. A new system called DEX https://lnkd.in/dVy7q43Q is the 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗧 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿. - Not a chatbot. - Not a Copilot. 𝗔𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗧 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀. - Provision users. - Run admin workflows. - Resolve issues before tickets even appear. This is not “AI helping engineers.” 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲. And that changes the economics of IT overnight. The question is no longer: “How can AI assist my team?” The real question now is: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲? Some leaders are excited. Others are deeply uncomfortable. Honestly, both reactions are justified. The companies that figure out how to deploy autonomous agents safely will move 10x faster. The ones that ignore them will spend the next five years trying to catch up. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟭 will show the first real glimpse of this shift. 👉 Join Hilly Noy, Israel Lifshitz and myself in the live Demo: 🔗 https://shorturl.at/BlAEO So here is the uncomfortable question. 𝗜𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲? 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗻? ---- 👉 Love my content? ☑ Follow me on LinkedIn: https://lnkd.in/gjUQk7HF 👉 Found this helpful? Share it! ♻️
