🏆 I get more energy from getting acknowledged for impactful Partnerships, than I get from winning something individually. I'll tell you why 🏆 1. Winning alone is just boring, good luck celebrating by yourself 2. Partnership makes growth sustainable instead of one off wins 3. The digital world is getting more noisy, together you can complete the picture 4. Platforms & Agencies are seen more as commodities, together you stay ahead. 5. Integrations are vital, every organisation I know is looking to get rid of siloes to create a 360 degree view over their customer. Ik maak het mijzelf soms erg lastig door meteen aan de slag te gaan, zonder eerst bij het proces stil te staan. Kwestie van te snel recht op mijn doel af. Herkenbaar? Geef mij 5 ingrediënten en ik maak een gerecht voor je on the spot, Jamie Oliver is daarin mijn inpiratie geweest in mijn jeugd als The naked chef. Dit gaat mij na vele jaren met af en toe falen, nu inmiddels erg goed af. Vind ik ook erg leuk, 0 stress. Maar dit proces had effectiever gekund. Ik kan je uit ervaring vertellen, met deze approach val je totaal door de mand bij het Zuurdesembrood bakken. Dit is een secuur proces die je moet volgen voor het beste resultaat. Gelukkig hadden ik, Alex Crick, Willem Hasenaar, Caspar Leusink & Oscar Koekenberg MRE de hulp van volleerd bakker Mark van den Brink (+500 broden) Hij leert teams dmv een zuurdesembrood cursus Zelfvertrouwen op te bouwen en zelfsturend te worden. Check dus even de Zelv pagina als je team wat hulp kan gebruiken!

Representing Mollie on stage for the first time last week was lots of fun. Taking home the Ask Phill 👑 Partner of the year award 👑 was even more awesome! Thanks for joining me Paul Wijnhoven (OFM.) and Wibrand de Reij. The good vibes and jokes stood out, but more importantly the topic of OFM.'s growth to 100 million in collaboration with Mollie attracted such a big audience.
