Had a great conversation with Jeremy Bennett recently…one of those that stays with you. We spoke about content, growth, and what’s actually working right now. Big takeaway: It’s not about doing more. It’s about being clearer. Who you help. What you do. Why you. And more than anything “your story is your edge” That’s what builds trust. That’s what converts. Appreciate this one, Jeremy Bennett . Worth following his work if you’re building online.

I didn't post on LinkedIn for a year after moving here as an immigrant. Felt like nobody would listen to me. No local degree. No network. No credibility. I watched people less qualified get clients, get stages, get opportunities. Not because they were better. Not because they knew more. But because they did the one thing I was too scared to do. They showed up anyway. So one day I stopped waiting to feel ready. I posted something deeply personal — how I overcame my anxiety disorder. Terrified. Hands shaking. Posted anyway. That one post changed my life. Clients came. Income came. Freedom came. No more fear of being trapped in a job that wasn't mine. LinkedIn didn't just build my business. It helped me survive. Got it. Here's that section rewritten: And then it helped me thrive. →Agency clients from across the globe. → A podcast with millions of views. → A business built entirely on authentic content. No ads. No cold outreach. No fake persona. Just real stories. Real positioning. Real connection. That's the thing nobody talks about — Authentic content doesn't just get you likes. It attracts the exact people who are already looking for someone like you. It builds trust before you ever speak to anyone. It turns strangers into warm leads while you sleep. And that's exactly what I'm teaching you on April 8. Not how to post more. How to post in a way that actually works. Turn LinkedIn Into Your #1 Inbound Client Machine. Experiencing severe panic attacks shaped me into the person I became. They gave me my biggest vision: inside-out growth. There was a time when I was ambitious, driven, building… and at the same time deeply unwell. So ambitious — yet suicidal. Both versions existed. And I had to decide which one would survive. I chose to heal. Not because it was easy. but because I knew no amount of money, visibility, or achievement could save a version of me that wasn’t whole. Before I built a successful business… I built a stronger ME.❤️ Honestly, first, I am a survivor, and then I am a builder. How I see success is way deeper now... It's not limited to revenue, scaling, or valuations. There is something else we all ignore. ....The emotional cost of ambition. We don’t talk about the panic, the isolation, the pressure behind leadership. And that gap bothered me. So I built what I couldn’t find. I created my own podcast — True Power with Simi Arora. It’s fairly new, but I’m extremely intentional about it. Not that I’m not still obsessed with growing my agency and coaching business — I am. But the podcast is my long-term play for impact. The conversations we’re creating, and the founders we’re bringing on, are genuinely making an impact through both their businesses and their lived experiences. Let me brag a bit here on numbers on Insta🤭 In the last 30 days alone, I gained: →41+ MILLION views →108,000+ subscribers. →5.6M+ Interactions along with a growing pipeline of serious founders wanting to share their real journeys. So, why are people connecting and watching our content? Because they’re tired of surface-level success. They want the truth & behind the scenes on what it actually takes to build something meaningful. They want to see the human behind the headline. My vision is simple: To create spaces where founders talk about: Mental health. Setbacks. Resilience. Identity shifts. And the real “why” behind what they build. Because when founders share the full journey... The internal growth and the external strategy — two things happen: They heal parts of themselves. And they position their business with depth, authority, and impact. Honestly, I am so excited and humbled to build this every single day. And if you’re a founder who wants visibility that carries authority and real impact… Let’s talk.

If I had 90 days to 10x a founder’s visibility, I’d do 4 things. None of them are “post more content.” Sounds wild, right? But posting more without clarity just creates more noise. Here’s what I’d actually focus on: → Build ONE clear founder story 1 narrative around the problem you solve, the experience behind it, and why it matters. (difference between content that gets likes… and content that attracts clients.) → Turn experience into proof-led insights Instead of generic advice, we break down real things founders have done: • client transformations • lessons from building the company • industry truths others are afraid to say → Create value assets that start conversations Lead magnets. Frameworks. Guides that show how you think. When someone reads them, they should immediately feel: “This person understands my problem.” → Make the founder visible — not just the brand Your thinking. Your decisions. Your journey building something real. Because logos don’t build trust. People do. Trust needs a FACE. (yes, yours) I’ve seen founders go from zero inbound to a full inbox in 60 days. Not because they suddenly became “great content creators.” But because their audience finally understood: • what they stand for • what they solve • why they’re credible People didn’t buy the product. They bought the person behind it. This is how brands grow fast. I tell founders this all the time: If you keep hiding behind your page, you stay invisible. But when you step forward and own your story, people start paying attention. You have 90 days. Would you change how you show up? Or keep doing what everyone else is doing? P.S. This is exactly the system we build inside BrandScale — positioning, authority content, and value assets that turn visibility into real conversations. DM to get the roadmap.

If your pitch starts with “we use AI,” you already sound like 1,000 other startups. Technology isn’t the category. And it’s rarely the reason buyers choose you. Last week, I spent time with a group of early-stage founders at TiE New York working through one of the most overlooked growth problems in startups: "Positioning clarity". Most founders think the pitch is about explaining the product. It’s not. It’s about explaining the problem you uniquely solve — and the outcome your buyer deeply wants. When founders lead with technology, the conversation becomes crowded very quickly: “We use AI.” “We automate this.” “We built a platform.” But as we shift the conversation to category, buyer pain, and business outcome, everything changes. I asked questions that normally founders rarely pause to explore deeply: - What tension does your buyer face every day? - Where does the current system keep failing them? - What does success look like after your solution? When founders begin there, the pitch becomes clearer. Focused on filling the real gaps in the marketplace. And this clarity is what creates authority. It’s also the foundation of founder branding — something many startups underestimate. Investors, partners, and customers don’t just buy products. They buy conviction, thinking, and leadership. The truth is: founders who articulate the problem, category, and outcome stand out more than those listing features. Technology supports the story. It should never be the story. In the room, I watched founders adjust their messaging in real time. Suddenly, the room leaned in. From: Technology → business reality. Features → impact. That’s where strong brands start. The founders who win attention aren’t the ones with the most buzzwords. They’re the ones who can say: “This is the problem the market has ignored. And this is the outcome we deliver.” Start with the pain. Anchor the category. End with the outcome. Everything else becomes easier after that. Curious to hear from founders here: What is one pain point your business solves that the market still misunderstands?

Looking back, the biggest risk I ever took… was betting on myself. My name is Simi Arora. I didn’t come to America chasing entrepreneurship. I came here after getting married. Like many immigrants, I wanted stability. A safe life. A predictable future. But life unfolded differently. My marriage ended. Everything had to restart. Not once. But again. And again. For some time, I followed the safe path. Trying to rebuild stability… By keeping the job I never fully enjoyed. Also, because I was diagnosed with panic disorder😔 I could barely manage crazy bodily experiences and sense of doom. I needed my breakthrough. Enough was enough. I knew I need to change my life. Do the work that I truly enjoyed and lead life that aligned with who I really was. So I made a decision. I chose to listen to my gut. I chose to better myself. I quit my job. I stopped listening to fearful voices. Voices saying stay safe. Voices saying protect your savings. But I kept moving forward. There were moments savings ran very low. Some days I ate from dollar stores. But I made one promise to myself. I will not stop betting on myself. No matter how uncomfortable it gets. Because stability alone cannot fulfill your soul. Creating something meaningful can.💯 And slowly things started changing. Today, looking back, I see what happened. Because I gave myself a chance. Here is what betting on myself created: • I built a business growing multiple folds yearly. • I built a podcast interviewing founders and creators. • I now speak with global leaders and icons. • I created a life aligned with my values. • I wake up building something meaningful daily. And the most important truth: I am still betting on myself. Every single day.😀 And I will never stop doing that. Because if there is one thing I know: Give yourself a real chance — because your potential is far bigger than your fears. Agree?

Excited to be speaking at TiE New York Open Mic Night — now at a new venue in Times Square. I’ll be sharing something I deeply believe in: “The Power of Founder Visibility” Because most founders don’t have a growth problem. They have a visibility problem. In this session, I’ll break down how to: • Turn your expertise into real authority • Attract premium clients without chasing • Build a personal + business brand that actually compounds This is for founders who know they’re capable of more — but aren’t being seen for it yet. Also excited to connect with builders, operators, and early-stage founders bringing bold ideas to life. If you’re in NYC, come join us. Bring your pitch, your story, and your questions. 🎟 Register here: https://lnkd.in/eqdnMDiE

The day I sold my first $15K coaching offer, I saw the mistake I’d been making. Up until then, I was doing what most “new” coaches do. Keeping my prices safe. Trying to make my offer feel like a “no-brainer” by lowering the number. I thought high-ticket was for big names. For people with huge audiences. For coaches with flashy resumes. I was wrong.❌ I closed that $15K deal with the same experience and skills... but, with a completely restructured offer Here’s what I had been doing before: → Selling sessions instead of outcomes → Pricing based on hours instead of impact → Posting content hoping someone DMs me Here’s what shifted: I defined one specific problem I solve. Not 5. Not “mindset + strategy + growth.” One core pain point. I clarified the EXACT outcomes. What does life or business look like after 90 days... & I built a clear process to get results. People don’t pay for ideas. They pay for structure. I positioned myself as a partner, not a vendor. Strategic thinking > task execution. That’s when high-ticket stopped feeling “pushy.” Because high-ticket clients don’t buy random tips. ✔️They buy transformation. ✔️They buy clarity. ✔️They buy confidence in the process. Most coaches don’t need to lower prices. They need to build one strong offer that makes the price logical. And then they need to build a LinkedIn system that: • Demonstrates authority • Attracts qualified leads • Filters out the wrong fits That’s exactly what I teach inside the High-Ticket Starter System. If you’re ready to stop underplaying your expertise and build a properly structured premium offer — along with the LinkedIn positioning to support it — You can explore it here: https://lnkd.in/eYXF4GRZ Build it right once. Let the structure do the heavy lifting.

Three years ago I was working for every hour I got paid. Chasing every project. Saying yes to everyone (even when I felt tired). Now I wake up and see clients come to me. I own my time. I run an agency, my coaching programs, and I make money without being stuck to my phone all day. Wild. I remember feeling lost. I wanted clear steps, not just “work harder.” The truth is: I built a system for my brand. Not luck, not shortcuts. Here’s what changed for me: → I showed what I do and let people see my real story. → I made clear offers that show the value. → I stopped trading my time for every dollar. → I built a way to scale without working more. When I think back, I wish someone had shown me this before. So I'm teaching my full process live inside BrandScale Academy on April 8th Every step — yes, even the mistakes. Your first product isn’t a $97 digital course. It’s a $3K+ offer that proves your transformation works. When I started, I thought building a course was the path. Everyone online was saying the same thing. “Create a digital product.” “Scale with low-ticket.” But no one talks about the real problem. Low-ticket rarely builds authority. It doesn’t show the depth of your thinking. It doesn’t prove you can solve real business problems. Clients want something different. They want to see you handle complexity. They want proof that you can create real change. That’s what a premium offer forces you to do. You stop selling information. You start delivering transformation. That shift changed everything for me. I moved from posting random tips to building a high-ticket system that attracted serious buyers. People who respected the work. People who were ready to implement. The real transformation looked like this: → Clear positioning that made my value obvious → Offers built around outcomes, not tasks → Conversations that felt natural, not salesy Courses can come later. But authority comes first. And authority is built by solving meaningful problems at a meaningful level. Start with transformation. Build proof. Then scale. The weight of mental health while building, scaling, and showing up for others. Not every founder conversation needs to be about growth metrics. Sometimes the real conversation is about what leaders carry quietly. Sharing a moment from an upcoming podcast conversation with Anuj Sharma, founder of ALSiSAR IMPACT where we spoke about mental health, pressure, and the emotional side of leadership that rarely gets space publicly. More founders are coming on the show to have honest, thoughtful conversations — behind the scenes of building success, sustainability and navigating external noise and challenges. Because building something meaningful requires more than strategy. It requires awareness. This is just a small glimpse into the kind of dialogue we’re creating. More conversations coming soon.❤️ ♻️Repost if you value this mindset as well. Follow Simi Arora for more

You can get 1,000 likes and still have zero people DM you saying, "This is exactly what I need." I learned this the hard way. When I started building my business, I thought visibility was the goal. Post more. Get seen & Grow the numbers. And the likes came. The comments came. The dopamine came. But the right clients? Silence. Because I sounded like everyone else. "I help brands grow." "I build powerful identities." "I help you get leads" Nobody felt seen in those lines because I wasn't talking to anyone specific. I was talking to everyone — which means I was talking to no one. The coaches and consultants filling their inboxes aren't the most talented. They're the most specific. They know exactly who wakes up at 3 am with the problem they solve. They talk to that person. Only that person. Every single post. Once I got painfully specific about who I help and what their life looks like after — everything shifted. The right people started reaching out. Not more people but the right people. Before you write another post ask yourself: → Does my profile make one specific person feel deeply seen? → Am I telling my real story or safe polished lines? → Does my content show proof or just promise? Clarity isn't just a marketing trick. It's respect for the person you're trying to help. This is exactly what I'm teaching at my free live workshop on April 8th inside BrandScale Academy. Your best competition is who “you” were yesterday. Not the person who’s doing more numbers than you. Not the person who is faster or better looking than you. There is always going to be someone more successful, more handsome/pretty, more resourceful, more healthy or more…… Whatever that is. But, why does it bother you? Why should it bother you? Can you and I just worry about ourselves… and let them be… There is excessive noise outside. Too many point of views, ideas and rush to move faster. Literally I am personally getting exhausted to catch up with all that’s being thrown at me. Or may be, it’s me who’s not setting clear boundaries… I have consciously decided to get control over where my energy is spent and focus on re-energising myself so I can take care of my nervous system. I want to remain my healthiest self and play the game of growth and impact for the longest time possible :) Heck, I want to live a long life too and that means I really need to slow down and prioritise big time.😀 And first thing I have deleted from my life is “competition”. I coach my clients to do the same. There is no race here and all of us are uniquely placed with our own backgrounds, experiences and skills… The quest is to let it all out and build huge success and greatest fulfilment through the active work life. That’s it. Rest, if you want to join me for my skool community workshop to hang out with me and learn a thing or two about acquiring clients on LinkedIn, join here: https://lnkd.in/ePzkcBaQ

I don't know how many times I've fixed a profile, rewritten a headline, restructured a content plan. And watched someone's LinkedIn finally start working. Not because they posted more. But because they stopped treating LinkedIn like a broadcasting channel. The truth is, LinkedIn is not a broadcasting platform. It's a trust-building engine. Trust builds in sequence. Here's my 4-pillar system: 1️⃣ Pillar 1 — Foundations Get clear on who you're talking to and what you want to be known for. 2️⃣ Pillar 2 — Content Funnel Use three types of content: → Reach new people → Build deep trust → Convert warm attention into conversations 3️⃣ Pillar 3 — AI-Powered Creation Build a system that amplifies your thinking. AI can help, but it doesn't replace your expertise. 4️⃣ Pillar 4 — Sales and Scaling Engagement is not a business. Conversations are. Learn how to turn attention into client calls without feeling salesy. I put my entire system into a free guide. Everything I use in my own business. Everything I teach my clients. If you're a coach, consultant or service provider and LinkedIn feels like too much effort for too little return — Check out my guide 👇 https://lnkd.in/eEij2rQd Curious which pillar feels like your missing link? ♻️ Repost and share with your network

My clients who sharpen their message first close deals up to 3x faster. Not by adding more posts. By removing the noise. Two coaches. Same effort. Completely different results. Coach A: → Posts about "growth" and "mindset" → Never names who they help → Full inbox. Zero buyers. Coach B: → Names the exact problem → Names the exact person → Posts less. Converts more. The difference isn't talent. It isn't consistency. ❌It isn't even strategy. ✅It's specificity. I learned this building my own brand from scratch. The moment I stopped writing for everyone, the right people started finding me. If your content feels like it's disappearing into the void — don't post more. Get more specific first. Come join us free → https://lnkd.in/eevFu9bf Try this right now: Open your last post. → How many times did you say "you"? → How many times did you describe a specific painful moment your ideal client is living? → How many times did you name a real result — not a promise? Posting 5x a week and still no clients? That's not a content problem. I've seen this so many times. Talented coaches, consultants, and service pros who are genuinely brilliant at what they do. Showing up every single day. Sharing their expertise. Putting in the work. And still... No DMs. No inbound leads. No one reaching out. Meanwhile, someone with 500 followers is closing $10,000 clients. How? They're not posting more than you. They're not gaming the algorithm. They just stopped chasing followers and started building trust. Here's the hard truth nobody tells you. More posts won't fix a positioning problem. If people land on your profile and can't instantly understand what you do, who you help, and why you're different — They scroll past quickly. And the worst part? You start thinking you're not good enough. You are. LinkedIn just can't place you yet. That's exactly what we're changing on April 8. 📌I'm hosting a free live workshop — Turn LinkedIn Into Your #1 Inbound Client Machine. You'll walk away with: → Positioning that makes you the obvious choice → Content that pulls the right people toward you → A simple system that generates leads consistently This exact framework helped me build a multi 6-figure business on LinkedIn. → Close high-ticket coaching clients at $7,500 — $10,000 → Speak on stages → Build something that actually scales All without a massive following or paid ads. And the people I've coached? They went from doubting themselves to waking up to inbound leads every single day. Ready to finally make LinkedIn work for you? I've seen people with 500 followers closing $10,000 clients. I've seen people with 50,000 followers making nothing. The difference? It's not the algorithm. It's not posting frequency. It's not even their content. It's this — People follow experts. People buy from humans. The person with 500 followers wasn't trying to impress anyone. They were just being real. Clear on who they help. Honest about their story. They were super specific about the problem they solved. And the right people felt it immediately. The person with 50,000 followers chased likes and followers... Trying to sound impressive. Built an audience. But never built trust. And trust is the only thing that converts. So if you're obsessing over your follower count right now — Stop. 📌Ask yourself this instead — 1. Does my content make the right person feel like I'm speaking directly to them? 2. Does my profile tell them exactly how I can change their life? 3. Do they trust me enough to say yes? That's the work. Not the numbers. Because a small audience that trusts you completely will always outperform a big audience that barely knows you. Always. ↓↓↓ Ready to build that kind of presence on LinkedIn? I've been told I give advice that genuinely helps people. For a long time, I didn't fully understand why. I grew up around chaos. Always something to be anxious about. You know that feeling when you walk into a room and immediately start reading the energy? Checking if it's safe? I did that as a child — every single day. Watching my father's mood, especially being worried about his anger. Navigating my mother's emotional outbursts. Always sensing the tension before anyone said a word out loud. I didn't know it then, but I was learning to read people in a way most adults never do. It also gave me a nervous system that perceives threats faster than most. (led to anxiety disorder in the past) Even now, sometimes, I don't just fall asleep. I toss, turn, and overthink. Am I on the right track? Are my parents okay back in India? How will I cope when I lose them someday? My pets... My fears and vulnerabilities show up most in the silence of night. What helps big time is Yoga nidra, Mindfulness & my Spirituality. Learning to surrender instead of control. And somewhere in all of that, I became emotionally intelligent.😌 Not from a course but from my lived experience. My clients feel comfortable with me because I sense their discomfort before they name it. I fix things before they become problems. In business, relationships aren't soft skills — they're everything. It all came at a price, though. But then again — what doesn't? Everything someone is great at came from somewhere. A sacrifice. A hard season. Four hours of sleep. A difficult childhood. Pure relentless effort. No one is completely winning. No one is entirely broken. We are all a work in progress — shaped by what happened, choosing what to do with it now. And honestly? That's the most beautiful part of being alive. P.S. Didn't plan to write this on a quiet Saturday afternoon. But sometimes stillness makes you honest. If this resonated — I'd love to know.

The "easy button" mentality on LinkedIn often leads to disappointment (in revenue) Many gurus suggest: “Just post daily and clients will come.” “Engage for hours and your inbox will explode.” Initially, you might believe this advice. You put in more effort posting and commenting frequently— yet the results often remain unchanged. This leads to self-doubt: Is it me? Am I missing something? Through my experience working with founders who are building sustainable businesses, I’ve observed that growth isn’t about doing more; it’s about building right. Successful businesses have three key elements: - Clear positioning (they know exactly who they serve) - Strong belief in their value (no shaky pricing energy) - Offers designed to solve real problems Everything else is just amplification. You don’t need to go viral, post every day, or exhaust yourself proving your existence. What you need is alignment. A weak foundation means that increased visibility only leading to confusion. Most online advice promotes activity because it’s easier to sell motion than depth, but depth is what truly converts. When your foundation is solid, this changes: Foundation = Niche + Clear Offer + Simple Sales Process + Strong Delivery + Scalable Model - Your content feels intentional. - Your conversations feel confident . - Your growth feels steady, not stressful. So, consider this: What would happen if you stopped chasing tactics and focused on building something solid? If this resonates, I’ve created a free 5-Day Email Course that guides you through building this foundation step by step. Here’s the link: https://lnkd.in/eCkei4HT
