A consulting or coaching business can’t survive without client results. • Having an audience is nice  • Building a personal brand is amazing  • Creating a healthy pipeline feels so good But in the end, your business survives because your product delivers. End of story! I don’t share much behind the scenes, because it tends to be boring or come across as “bragging”. But I thought I would share some today. 1. Yesterday I chatted with a client who closed €45K in March - 2 more people waiting to confirm 2. 15 minutes ago, I got off a session with a founder with £280K in his pipeline. We are building a top strategy to 7-figures through LinkedIn this year. Let’s see! 3. A successful client messaged me this morning saying she referred my work to a highly successful business coach looking to grow on LinkedIn. 4. Another one told me last week she filled 70% of her group program in a few weeks. 5. A handful of people showed interest in my 5-day retreat in Cotè D’azur in August ♥️ You coming? Yacht tour loading. 6. Currently working with 2 Ex McKensie leaders. One taught at Harvard, the other at Cambridge. 7. And later today, I have a session with an ex-sr. executive of a billion-dollar company. This wouldn’t be possible without the evidence I've collected over the years. I’ve been blessed to work alongside people who get it done and are hungry to grow their practice. Immensely grateful I get to work with these types of people every day. What I do isn’t that “scalable”. But it’s fun and fulfilling for me! Who here gets a lot of meaning and fulfillment from the work they do?  I’ll see you at the top.

I’ve been posting on LinkedIn for 90 months. I no longer have much tolerance for hate and negativity. “You are too young.” “You are just too expensive.” “Don’t have any certifications?” “You must be in an engagement pod.” “You don’t appear anywhere significant.” I heard a lot of it over the years.  Yet, I have to find a hater or critic doing better. Sometimes they act in silence: They report your post for no reason  They spread negative things about your work They manipulate perception when your name comes up The best move you can make is to focus on your journey. To win regardless. Remember, if someone is trying to bring you down, They are already behind. Nowadays, I tend to remove or block people more easily. Sometimes I don’t. So they can witness the success... To anyone in my network who is afraid to put themselves out there, don’t let this be the reason you don’t. You’ll grow some skin and find it hilarious or even enjoy it at some point (trust me). As for negativity, build a strong network of people who fight for you in rooms you aren’t in. I know I have my circle and army ♥️ I’ll see you at the top, everyone (except the haters).

I am looking for 50 creators to help them sign 1 to 3 clients in March (for free). This is called the audience-to-revenue challenge. Comment below “I am in” and I’ll grant you access to: → Two of my courses on LinkedIn conversion & marketing psychology. → 10 frameworks to craft high-converting posts. → 10 posts from private clients that have crushed it (model them). → My personal video content playbook for videos that convert. If you think this is one of those time-waste giveaway posts, it’s not. Last week, a career coach messaged me: “Xhoni, I have closed four 5-figure clients thanks to your course.” [screenshot in comments]. Yeah, that’s $40K+ in new revenue. I want you to win! So, where are my 50 creators and founders at? Don’t be shy ✌️ Comment “I am in,” and I’ll send over the links right away. If you tag 3 awesome creators who may want to join, you get something cooler (surprise) 🥳 Who is in? I look forward to hearing about your success. To the winners belong the spoils.

I invest €125k/yr running my little consulting business. I don’t have to invest that because I have to. I do because I believe in its growth & potential. So, I hire mentors, experts, and assistants. I also improve my product & client experience. Yesterday, 2 founders invested in my 4-month private coaching. They bet on their business to win and thrive here. And they bet on themselves (and me, clearly). In the next few years, I aim high and don’t want to get there alone. I plan to hire experts, mentors, and invest in systems. I plan to, because that's the signal I want to give: → I take this seriously, and so should you. I'll see you at the top.

When I say: 5 great clients can change the trajectory of your business, I mean it. My definition of a great client is: 1. They pay a premium  2. They get awesome results  3. They stay with you for longer  4. They refer other great clients Wait, there is more to it. 5. They do the freaking work 6. They have an amazing attitude  7. They are coachable & question things  8. They are driven by impact & desire to be better You’ll find it’s a joy to work with such individuals. They add substance to your work and help you grow! 2 weeks ago, I shared that my objectives with LinkedIn are quite simple: → Help 1000 founders win leads & clients here for free → Hopefuly I earn the trust of 80-100, and I help them get fully booked. If 15 of them happen to be great clients, I’ll scale to multi-7-figures and will have to hire 3-5 skilled coaches to help me grow this into a consulting firm. [know anyone?] Don’t be on LinkedIn to collect likes or impressions. Be here to attract your next 10 phenomenal clients! It’ll change your life. PS: Can I help you sign up your next client here for free? https://lnkd.in/dx_KKxp5

Cohorts and communities are amazing. But there is nothing like tailored-made 1-on-1 help. It’s simply a different level of value. It’s slightly more expensive and “risky”. I mean, it depends on whom you ask. To be clear, this isn’t just some coaching. That? You can get anywhere online. If you’d like, I can paint a clear picture for you. This client signed up 4 new advisory clients (made €26K last week). On her way to multiple 6-figures this year. Mind you, I’ve been helping people with this since 2019 (white-beard experience 😂). ➡️ Some of the things we did together: → I took time to study her buyers' psychology and where they hang out → We nailed the marketing message & positioning right away (her offer too). → I studied her sales process & where she would lose clients → I crafted a tailored DM strategy to start natural conversations → I crafted a few posts for her to convert her audience → She started using advanced social selling in her posts And she kept at it when there was doubt ♥️ Before our work, no clients from LinkedIn. How cool is that? • First few clients • At a high-ticket • And the right ones.    Tbh, I’ve not shared clients' wins on here in a while. I have 100+ success stories, and who knows how many DMs like this. This one felt a bit special. I know several people in my audience who are in “waiting mode”. Well, this one is for you. P.S: Who here would like more success stories like this for inspiration?

If your business gives you the freedom to: • Do work you like • Travel more  • Provide a good lifestyle for your family  • Take long walks on a random Monday Then, you are more successful than you think. As for me, I didn't start my business to work harder forever and burn out. I did start it, so I can: 1. Try new things & hobbies  2. Take more time off to travel  3. Work with cool and skilled folks   4. Wire my parents €5K for no reason 5. Earn enough so I can invest early on 1 year ago, I promised myself I’d prioritize these. 1️⃣ Since then, I haven’t tried any new hobby (shiet). But I tried a few new things. Recent one: Live workshops (103 people showed up for the latest one). 2️⃣ I travelled to Crete (Geneva in 2 weeks). 3️⃣ I signed up my biggest clients ever - helped 10 founders build 6-figure businesses off LinkedIn. 4️⃣ Mama and Papa are taken care of. 5️⃣ And I made my first real estate investment. A beautiful apartment in Sanremo (no banks were asked to lend, they can go f themselves  😁). And LinkedIn is the sole reason all this was possible. I believed in the platform from day one. And the community I built here makes all work & consistency worth it. Thank you for being on this journey of mine, and it’s a pleasure to follow the journey of many people here. Many of you inspire me. As you may already know, I am always rooting for you ♥️ Follow me Xhoni for what’s to come.

0 Books written 0 Ted-talks given   0 Forbes features 1 Favikon ranking  0 Industry awards   0 Engagement groups I started here with circa 220 followers. No help, no connections. No personal brand. It’s nice to be a beautiful example for anyone who comes to me for help. Most can relate to it. When you have 500K followers, 5 VAs, a marketing team, and who knows what else behind the scenes, You can lose sight of how difficult it can be for the average creator here. How lonely and quiet it can feel. Yesterday, I got this message from a private client: “2nd client signed today 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 I will buy and send you good wine as a thank you 🙏” It made my day yesterday because I know how important it was for her. • I could relate to the struggle • I could relate to people ghosting  • I could relate to not feeling like it  • I could relate to getting 800 impressions on a post    And I could relate to winning regardless of all that! When I say “I’ll see you at the top”, not saying it from a pedestal.  Saying it from somewhere further ahead, ready to grab your hand when you pass by. I am rooting for you, keep at it.

What reputation are you building on LinkedIn? I am NOT talking about: 1. The number of impressions you get 2. How many followers you have  3. How many posts you put out  4. Or how many leads you get I am referring to what people say about you behind the scenes. In rooms, calls, and events you are not in. That’s where experts get chosen. → Weak reputation: That person has such good visibility  → Strong reputation: I’ve heard so many good things about them 👇 The point of being on LinkedIn is that you build such a strong word of mouth that you don’t need to be on it. There is your takeaway. As for me, I can go months without posting here, and I’d still have more demand than I can handle. But I am not stopping, I love meeting new people and creating great relationships! I enjoy it a lot. For all my new and recent connections, I am grateful to have you in my network ♥️ I’ll see you at the top. --- P.S: At the moment, I am organizing a 5-day retreat for 5-6 founders in Italy (or the French Riviera).  We’d hang around in a Luxury villa, a yacht, and who knows what else, to personally show you how to unlock €40K+ in 4 days. Don’t inquire about this unless you are an expert and can add value in some way.

I've helped 100s of people to grow on LinkedIn. 5 things that kill most people’s credibility: 1. They overcomplicate things to look like experts 2. They bash industries & competitors for likes 3. Make things up to be interesting 4. Are not congruent & consistent 5. Outsource their voice & presence to agencies. After a while, it becomes evident. As for the 2nd rule, if you look like a Goblin that day, consider posting an inspiring quote ♥️ (kidding everyone, have a laugh). If you want to stand out and build a healthy pipeline, here's a GREAT place to start: https://lnkd.in/dx_KKxp5 What would you add to the list?

I read so many beautiful posts on Women’s international day. I think women (and moms) should be celebrated every day. Today is my mom’s birthday (64), so I thought it was a good day to celebrate women once again. Mom, I wouldn’t have done it without your kindness and strength, thank you ♥️ And to all the amazing moms out there who sacrifice every day and give their best, you are a treasure and a blessing. Happy Friday ✌️off to eating some cake.

Productivity apps, 3-hour morning routines, and Netflix series have one thing in common: They are often a distraction. Great life hack: Create an environment and routine that makes work enjoyable. That means: • Outsourcing things you don't like doing • Hanging out with people who get shit done • Avoiding complexity and drama if possible • Journaling and reflecting more People who get ahead are not fancy; they are addicted to simplicity and good vibes. What do you think?

This year, I set a personal goal for LinkedIn. To meet 100 of you in person! I traveled to Geneva this past week and met 3 founders I’ve been in touch with on here. One of them is John Zimmer. We spent 100 minutes talking about: Leadership Communication Life lessons Meditation LinkedIn Books And more. I got to witness why some of the biggest brands in the world hire him to speak. One of the best communicators I’ve had the pleasure to speak with. And he also got to see some behind-the-scenes of my work. We met with a handshake, and we left with a hug. Thanks for the great welcome, my friend. Will be traveling to Zurich next time to meet some clients and other entrepreneurs. I’ll see you at the top. P.S. Have you met any LinkedIn connections in person this year?

I’ve signed up 200+ private clients from LinkedIn. Influencers forget to tell you this. → LinkedIn is far from the best platform for visibility. The organic reach here is slowly going to shieeet. Then it’ll be good again till it goes to shieeet again. [eating a croissant as I write this lol]. But the truth? It’s unmatched if you want to sign up quality international clients. For instance, current clients of mine include: ⭐ A best-selling author and international trainer An executive with award-winning research in Leadership. A founder who turned down 8-figures for her startup. Someone who scaled a consulting firm to 8-figures. A founder whom I helped to scale to 7-figures recently A Former executive - 30 years in Fortune 500 ⭐ Each one is from a different country (4 different continents). → Clients also include skilled coaches with a small audience who want to get to $120K/yr. 4 of them are on their way 🤩, anyway… Check it out, ladies and gents, My reach and visibility ain’t that impressive. I've not won any awards for the most impressions. My posts sometimes get 4K-5K views, Sometimes 10K views, and once in a while, 50K+ views. Tada. I’ll see you at the top.

I spent the majority of my 20s prioritizing work. The hustle culture got me. Traveling? Felt like a waste of time.  Having more fun? Not that important  Trying new things? Don’t have time for that Till one day I woke up, and I was like, “What’s the point of all this?” That month, I booked a beautiful villa for a 3-day holiday in the Dolomites. Next, I spent like €10K on a 5-day beautiful holiday in Lago Maggiore with my whole family. And I started investing more in my wellbeing & experiences. When I look back on my 20s, the most beautiful memories weren’t work or the late nights & hustling from 5 am. They were the holidays and beautiful moments I had with family and friends. I plan to travel more and be more playful because life is too short not to. P.S. Stopping by Geneva end of March ♥️

How to sign quality clients on LinkedIn When everyone else seems to be struggling: → Become exceptionally good at social selling. And outsmart basically everyone. Especially when it comes to finding high-intent prospects. Imagine you add someone on LinkedIn, and 5 days later, they sign up for your highest offer… That usually confirms 3 things: 1. Your positioning is top-notch 2. You know how to find hot leads 3. You know how to build trust quickly [I am receiving about 3-4 messages like this/week] And I just got off a session with an executive coach who has surpassed €20K in March. There is a nice window in 2026 where it’s not that hard to build a healthy pipeline. Where high-intent clients hang out here daily. Not as much noise or competition as you may think (wait to see in 2027). My personal advice: don’t sleep on the next 9 months. Big changes are coming, and it’s a season you don’t want to play it safe. And that’s not a copywriting trick to get you to DM me. It’s what I tell my clients and close connections too… Whatever you do, • Move with speed • Adapt fast • Be strategic    And don’t wait for opportunities & clients to show up magically. I am rooting for you ❤️ — As for me this year, I am on a little mission to help 20 founders capitalize on this and build a 6-figure audience they carry into 2027. If you end up being one of them, it’ll be fun to get to work and help you. I’ll see you at the top.

You think someone is lucky? Applaud & celebrate them.   That luck was earned through many late nights and early mornings. And seeing others win isn’t a threat. It’s proof you can win, too. In the last few years, I’ve helped dozens of founders build 6-figure businesses off LinkedIn. None of it happened by chance (or luck). It took: 1. Months of works  2. Lots of rejection  3. Failing a few times  4. Repetition A CEO I worked with recently added 9K followers to his LinkedIn in a few months.   From the outside, you’d think “how lucky the algorithm is pushing his content”. Then you carefully read the posts of the last 4 months, and see the truth. The content quality was unignorable (even for such an algorithm, lol). That’s what I wish for you. Put in the work, become unignorable, and luck will follow. I’ll see you at the top.
