LinkedIn Voices: Eric Partaker

Scaling a business successfully depends on more than strong operational systems. It also requires leaders to develop effective habits, build accountable teams, and make better decisions as their organizations grow. As Founder and CEO of EP Ventures and creator of The Founder & CEO Accelerator, Eric Partaker works with founders and corporate leaders worldwide, using evidence-based frameworks to strengthen business performance, leadership, and organizational culture.

Who is Eric Partaker?

Eric Partaker is an executive coach, entrepreneur, author, and former McKinsey consultant. He contributed to Skype's scaling success, founded multiple businesses, and now advises executives globally on high-performance strategy, behavioral psychology, operational effectiveness, and organizational leadership.

Niche & Specialization

Executive coaching and CEO leadership scaling frameworks.

  • Evidence-based peak performance and behavioral design.

  • Operational structure engineering and scaling strategy.

  • Organizational culture shaping and accountability systems.

  • Problem-solving toolkits and pre-mortem decision-making models.

A defining characteristic of Partaker's approach is its focus on foundational principles. Rather than relying on passive company values or temporary productivity fixes, he treats leadership as an active discipline shaped by daily behaviors. Accountability, intentional habit design, and structured execution remain central to his work.

His methodologies also emphasize practical application. By breaking complex organizational challenges into leadership tools and actionable checklists, he moves beyond abstract management theory toward measurable improvements in performance. This approach appeals to venture-backed founders, corporate executives, and scaling entrepreneurs seeking structured, evidence-based systems for managing growth.

Target Audience

  • Founders and CEOs seeking structured frameworks to scale business operations without compromising execution speed.

  • Growth-stage executives looking to move from reactive firefighting to proactive, system-driven management.

  • Corporate leaders aiming to build high-performance workplace cultures based on clear behavioral standards.

  • Enterprise managers seeking scientifically validated habit structures to improve productivity, energy, and stress management.

  • Aspiring entrepreneurs looking for practical strategies to improve time allocation, delegation, and decision-making.

Career Journey & Achievements

Eric Partaker began his professional career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 50 executives on strategy and organizational design. He later played a key role in scaling Skype during its growth phase. Drawing on this experience, he launched and led several ventures, earning recognition as CEO of the Year at the 2019 Business Excellence Forum and being named among the Top 30 Entrepreneurs in the UK by Startups Magazine.

To strengthen his methodology, Partaker completed coaching certification under Professor BJ Fogg at Stanford University's Behavior Design Lab. This experience helped him integrate behavioral science and peak performance techniques into his executive development work. He also authored the Amazon bestseller The 3 Alarms and partnered with Portfolio Penguin to write Ultraproductive with Dr. Christian Poensgen, presenting scientifically validated routines for executive productivity.

Partaker later expanded his investment and advisory activities through EP Ventures, a private firm supporting portfolio companies across sectors including artificial intelligence, fintech, and digital transformation. In 2024, he launched The Founder & CEO Accelerator, a program combining curriculum, executive coaching, and peer networks to help business leaders improve company operations, leadership capabilities, and personal performance.

Content Strategy & Teaching Approach

Partaker's communication style focuses on conceptual simplicity. He avoids dense corporate jargon and instead uses clear diagnostic frameworks, structured lists, and behavioral observations to make complex leadership topics easier to apply. Through his weekly Peak Performance Insights newsletter, published books, and regular LinkedIn contributions, he offers practical perspectives on decision-making, delegation, and workplace culture.

His approach prioritizes lasting habit change over temporary motivation. Drawing on scaling-business case studies, behavioral science, and executive coaching experience, his content encourages leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and address them through structured tools and consistent personal practice.
