I'm pleased to announce I've just wrapped up a very rewarding COOP position with Aeponyx as a member of the test and characterization team. Thanks to the exceptional guidance provided by my supervisor Jean-Michel Fortier, Ing. as well as the invaluable support provided by the rest of the test team, I learnt a lot about testing optical components and photonic assemblies. I'd also like to thank my project managers Derrek J. Wilson, Mathieu Lebeuf and Yannick Lapierre who ensured I could make a positive impact in their teams. AEPONYX has a wonderful work culture and I truly enjoyed my time working there. If you're an engineering student looking to enter the photonics-integrated-circuitry industry, I can think of no better company to start in!
