Loop Marketing is here—because AI didn’t just change how we market, it changed where buyers decide. As AI disrupts search, traditional search traffic is dropping. Funnels stalled, email CTRs slid, and “best practices” stopped working. Our answer: a compounding loop built for the AI era. Here’s what AI broke—and how the Loop fixes it: Search splintered: Buyers now decide in feeds, creator networks, communities, reviews, and AI answers—not just Google. The average site’s search traffic is down, so single‑channel SEO plays miss critical moments. Personalization became placeholders: Automation pushed scale over context—messages feel generic, not “they get me.” Content got faster but blander: AI made production easy; distinct brand POVs got diluted. Optimization slowed: Quarterly reviews can’t match weekly shifts in buyer behavior and channels. The Loop (4 stages): Express who you are: Codify ICP, voice, and POV so everything you publish sounds unmistakably you. Tailor your approach: Use unified first‑party + behavioral data to deliver context‑rich interactions. Amplify your reach: Show up where buyers actually decide—social feeds, creators, communities, review sites, and AI engines. Evolve in real time: Predict, monitor, experiment, and iterate in days, not quarters. Why this matters now: Channels multiplied while attention shrank. Buyers trust people, communities, and AI results more than ads. Feedback loops—not one‑and‑done campaigns—create compounding advantage. What teams get with Loop: A style guide that teaches AI to scale a distinctive brand voice—not a generic one. Personalization rooted in unified data and reviewed by humans. Multi‑format content built for humans and bots—discoverable and conversion‑ready. A scorecard across Efficiency, Engagement, Conversion, and Velocity to keep the loop compounding. I’m excited to launch Loop Marketing which was created, written, developed, and tested by the amazing HubSpot marketing team and our customers. Where’s your biggest gap today—Express, Tailor, Amplify, or Evolve? The detailed guide to Loop Marketing is linked in the comments below.  #LoopMarketing #AIMarketing #MarketingStrategy

Incredibly proud of the HubSpot team today. Fast Company just named us to their list of Most Innovative Companies. We didn't just ship features. We rebuilt the platform around a new idea: that humans and AI work better together than either does alone. None of it happens without an exceptional team willing to move fast and think differently.

Marketing is evolving faster than ever and AI is changing how people discover businesses. That’s why today we announced that HubSpot has agreed to acquire XFunnel. 🚀 They’ve been leading the way in AEO and helping businesses understand and strengthen how they appear in LLM answers. We have been happy customers of XFunnel on the HubSpot Marketing Team in building out Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy. HubSpot has been leading in AEO through our own marketing efforts and product innovation, and we’ve seen the impact firsthand: AI-driven leads convert three times better than traditional search. It’s a clear sign of where marketing is headed, and why AEO matters now more than ever. It is clear to me AEO is going to be a critical part of the next era of marketing. We’re thrilled to bring XFunnel’s product and exceptional team to HubSpot as we continue to build our marketing tools to push the boundaries of what’s possible for our customers.

We have built some amazing AI first marketing and sales strategies at HubSpot. The single biggest factor in their success has been the quality of the context we have around the problem we were solving. AI models will get smarter, but to truly achieve remarkable results they need deep and relevant context. I am so excited that we are going to make context easy and powerful for all HubSpot users. If you want to understand the full vision of what we are building, check out Yamini’s article below.

B2B Marketers: Listen up, if you were planning to go quiet during the Big Game week, it's not too late to change up your strategy. HubSpot ran the numbers, and for the last three Championship games, B2B marketers cut email volume by 2.3%, but buyer engagement actually surges during this time. Our data also shows that buyer attention stays elevated into the week after the Big Game. Click-through rates remain nearly half a percentage point above average, and open rates stay up by about three-quarters of a point. Link for all of the the data and takeaways for marketing over the next in the first comment below. 👇🏼
