“It’s one thing to do great work. It’s another to talk about it in a way that lands.”
Last week I took Wes Kao’s Executive Communication & Influence course.
Honestly, I wish everyone I’ve ever talked to would have the chance to take it.
Some highlights from the course:
-Adapt your message delivery to the audience instead of overloading everyone with details.
-In remote, multi-timezone teams, written communication is a superpower and enabler.
-Tone shapes perception, often more than intent.
Early in my career, positioning ideas in a clear, sharp way wasn’t always easy: during the course, I had a few flashbacks - and wished I knew then what I know now.
Grateful to Wes, Maven and the cohort. Highly recommend this one!
