"Develop a relationship with the term enough"
Colin & Samir are the blueprint for the modern day creator-entrepreneurs:

I caught up with them at Canon USA's First Cut Competition highlighting emerging filmmakers, and asked them what young creators should focus on.
🧠 Their takeaways weren't (just) growth hacks. It was a lot about perspective:
Develop a relationship with "enough."
What's enough validation? what's enough views? What's enough money?
If you don’t define that, it can feel like you’re operating in an endless void.
Recognize how special it is to have ideas in your head and make them real. Then have other people watch them and relate to them? It's an insane thing.
And more technical advice: make repeatable formats
Samir shared one of his favorite lines, which is now my favorite:
“You’re really good at becoming, but I’m not sure you’re great at being.”
In a world chasing the next big vanity metric win (likes, follows, views) and always looking ahead, use this break to appreciate where you're at now. Then decide what enough will look like a year from now.
