She almost wasted six figures and six months selling the wrong business model! I recently spent 3 days in a small, intimate room with 7 brilliant entrepreneurs for our latest Million Dollar Experiences (MDE) intensive. And let me just say, it was total business recalibrations. You see, when you’ve been building your business for years, it’s easy to get attached to "the way things have always been done." But sometimes, that "way" is exactly what’s keeping you stuck, uninspired, or (dare I say it) … dull. We had a powerhouse founder fly in all the way from Qatar. She was successful, but she was bored. She felt uninspired. So, we went to work. We looked at the messaging. We ripped into the positioning. We audited the "choreography" of her live events; from the front of the room to the back. And then she walked away completely lit up with a global strategy that integrates EXACTLY who she has evolved to be. Because hosting a live experience isn't about the "shiny things" like flower designs or meditation breaks. It’s a PRODUCTION. It’s a performance. And if you do it correctly, one single event can pay for your entire year of revenue. So yes, I drill. I push. I challenge. But one brand-new attendee said it best: "The amount of love and care you feel in this room is different. I want to be part of this." That's what makes this work. Safety + Challenge = Transformation. 💛 AND WE ARE DOING IT AGAIN IN APRIL! I’m inviting the next group of changemakers ready to get my "blessing" (and my literal "smell the money" stamp of approval) on their business. This is intimate, transformative work. Comment MDE below and I'll reach out.

The experts getting booked and paid right now have one thing you probably don't. And no, it's not a bigger following. I've spent 20+ years building brands for global companies like Coca-Cola, Netflix, and Verizon. I've watched what works up close. That’s why I know for a fact that the leaders who’ve been landing book deals and keynote stages didn't get lucky. They built what I call a Thought Leadership Success Stack; their book, brand, and business model working together as one system. On March 26 & 29, I'm hosting a free virtual workshop where I'll give you the same frameworks my private clients pay me thousands of dollars for. So you can build a Thought Leadership brand that gets you booked, paid, and recognized. Learn how to turn your expertise into proprietary frameworks and intellectual property that AI can’t replicate: ✓ Document Your Thinking: Structure your ideas so they scale beyond social media ✓ Strengthen Your Public Voice: Get sharp enough to command stages full of serious thinkers. ✓ Define Your Intellectual Position: Identify what you stand for and the future you’re building. ✓ Build Strategic Visibility: Move into the rooms where invitations come to you. Choose your date. Register here: https://lnkd.in/dyUGTD44 P.S. Everyone who shows up live gets entered to win a bonus worth $500. I'm announcing winners during the workshop, so you really need to be there!

The "Lone Ranger" mentality is the fastest way to cap your revenue and kill your influence. Let me explain. If everything has to run through you alone, your business will only grow as fast as your personal capacity. That’s the cap. But true Thought Leaders prioritize influence over throughput. Your goal is to architect a brand that carries your message further than your hands ever could alone. In our recent Thought Leadership Collective (TLC) kickoff last week, we talked about "The Crazy Glue" factor. Most people treat community like a nice-to-have. A place to hang out. Maybe attend a call when it’s convenient. But since we’re being flooded by AI "experts" right now, a community is actually a fundamental GROWTH LEVER. Why? Because everyone in the room is an expert in their own right. But momentum doesn’t happen just because you’re smart (if that were true, every genius would be rich and relaxed). You do it through the high-level proximity that sharpens your ideas. Here’s how a high-level Collective scales your Thought Leadership: - The Mirror Effect: You find pieces of your own journey in others. When someone else says, "Me too, I went through that," it validates your path and stops the energy leak of self-doubt. - Shared Expertise: We all have our own "zones." In a real community, you don't have to be the expert at everything. You stay in your expertise and let others shine in theirs. - Accountability without Obligation: There’s a difference between feeling obligated to show up and wanting your "homies" to win. When you want the collective to rise, you hold yourself to a higher standard. So don’t be a Lone Ranger. Find your crazy glue. Build the relationships that make the momentum feel inevitable. And if you’re feeling stuck right now, don’t ask, “What strategy am I missing?” Ask, “Who am I building with?” Because in my experience, the greatest advantage is always who you move with. Tell me: Have you already found your “crazy glue”? What role has your community played in your growth journey lately?

This is the worst advice I've heard about Thought Leadership: "You don't need a book. Just build your social media presence." Respectfully… NO. And I used to let this one slide. I don't anymore. Because right now, ChatGPT can write a thousand LinkedIn posts in an afternoon. Anyone (and I mean ANYONE) can now look like a “thought leader” even without years of experience! The bar for looking credible has never been lower, which means the bar for being credible has never mattered more. That’s why social media ALONE is no longer a moat. It's a commodity! The algorithm does NOT care about your credentials or the fact that you actually know what you're talking about. A book, however, is entirely yours. Your specific framework, earned through your specific experience, packaged into a specific body of work that lives on shelves and in boardrooms and on bestseller lists cannot be replicated. I wrote Unicorn Team while running a multi-million business with a kid at home because I understood that a book is a leverage. My book unlocked a new tier of access I couldn't have reached any other way such as collaborations with global figures, a partnership with Human+Tech Week, and more doors I hadn't known to knock on, opening on their own. Because when someone reads your book, they're sitting with your thinking at its deepest and most expansive, following the thread of your ideas that a post or a podcast simply can't take. That kind of uninterrupted access to your mind builds a depth of TRUST that's hard to manufacture any other way. Want to learn how to build the full brand ecosystem around this? I'm breaking down the exact framework behind this at my free strategy workshop next week, March 26th and 29th (you can choose a date to attend!) 👉 Details here: https://lnkd.in/dyUGTD44

Last week, Bianca Gignac and I hosted a casual brunch for 7 people while at SXSW and 100% of them eagerly signed up for our high-ticket offer. 🤩 No slide decks. (that would be weird) No fancy handouts. (decided to do this a few days ago so there’s no time for that) No sales pages. (this is an analog system where complicated digital set-ups aren’t necessary) Just you knowing your shit and showing up for other humans with a strategy that fits the audience you invite. That’s our Creationship™️ System. Want to know how to do this and not be affected by AI taking your hard-earned work and then turning your wisdom into a commodity? If you want your marketing investments and sales actions to  convert in today’s times, I have 2 spots for our April Intensive open where I GUARANTEE results like these. Yes you read that right…I guarantee you’ll increase your sales conversion to 30% or more or we put our money where our mouth is. 🤯 (I’ve been doing this for 13 years - it’s my main marketing and sales machine and it’s AI-proof.) Comment MDE below and let’s connect!

I've been obsessed with Alysa Liu's Olympic performance lately. Mostly because of the ONE DECISION she made before she stepped on the ice that most experts are too scared to make. Can you guess it? It’s simple, really. She decided she was not going to skate for the judges. She was going to skate FOR HERSELF instead. And if that isn’t Thought Leadership on ice, then I don’t know what is 😏 I mean, just think about it! Most professionals (whether they are authors, CEOs, or creators) spend their entire lives trying to decode the "judges'" criteria. They often ask: “What does the industry want? How can I be perfect enough to be picked?” But Alysa did the opposite. She retired in 2022 because she was "sick of performing for sport." And when she stepped back onto that Olympic ice, she decided that getting a medal was great… but skating HER WAY was the priority. And it’s such masterclass in being yourself, knowing your sh*t, and doing the work (which is our mantra in the Thought Leadership Collective by the way) She took her Bay Area soul, her Donna Summer soundtrack, and a literal "hair flip" to the world’s most rigid stage. And then she ended a 20-year gold medal drought for American women 💜 If you stripped away all the "should be's", what would your work actually look like?

I stopped trying to be a "Lone Ranger" when I realized my independence was actually a cage. For years, I wore my self-reliance like a badge of honor. I thought leading meant performing for an audience while carrying the weight of a "big mission" entirely on my own back. But after I got off from a very inspiring Thought Leadership Collective (TLC) call, I really understood how Community really is THE STRATEGY. Especially now when the world seems determined to test every last ounce of our resilience. Because we win when we share a mission and work on the right things that actually change the world. So if you’re an expert who wants to publish, speak on global platforms, and make a massive impact, stop looking for a new marketing tactic. And start strategizing with actual humans.

I just turned 52! 🎉And I’ve never once in my life taken the easy road. This year was no exception because I spent the last 365 days doing something most people spend their whole lives avoiding… Living in the in-between. Therapists call it liminal space, and I made a commitment to live in that space – REALLY live in it – this past year. This is what that’s looked like: > Allow myself to feel, even when uncomfortable. (and the discomfort has been deeply palpable). > To feel the heartbreak of loss, and the thrill of unrequited joy at the same time. > To feel the darkness of my own shadow, and the undimmed light of my own belief and hope. > To feel disappointed by broken promises, and to be upheld and cared for by the committed and true. > To feel humbled by mortality, and to be grateful to have another day of breath. > To feel lonely and isolated, and to be surrounded by chosen and given family. > To feel indecisive and stuck, and to be given clarity with intentional action towards what I know to be true. > To feel the fear of the in-between, and to feel the excitement of the opportunity in front of me. > To feel the agony of releasing what no longer works, and embracing what naturally comes next. (damn you and thank you Year of the Snake) None of it was pretty. But all of it was real. On this birthday, I am truly grateful for my commitment to see the liminal space as a place where I can be safe even when I don’t feel like I am. Because the truth is… life is a series of highs, lows, peaks, valleys, pain, pleasure, despair and deep love. And I still get to experience all of it. Which is something I’m finally learning to really, really appreciate. (it’s taken me a long time to pause long enough to appreciate everything I’ve been through). Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday. I’m grateful for you, and grateful for another trip around the sun 🦄

Getting a book deal isn't the win you think it is. In fact, most authors walk away from their launch broke and blindsided because they didn't understand the publishing game. I learned this the hard way. So if you're writing a book (or thinking about it), these 5 publishing facts will save you years of frustration and thousands of dollars. 👇 How many of these shocked you?

I've had a lot of conversations in my career as a brand strategist. But this one really kept me up at night because we uncovered something that most aspiring authors never figure out… Not long ago, I hosted a private, invite-only Thought Leadership Salon with 3 authors I deeply respect; Dorie Clark, Amina AlTai, and Brent Ridge, and we got real about the books that never get written and why that is a BIGGER problem than most people realize. This conversation was too important to stay behind closed doors, so I pulled it out of the vault and put it out for YOU. In this new YouTube video, you'll walk away knowing: - The real reason your book idea keeps getting delayed - The problem most thought leaders have that keeps their ideas locked inside their heads and out of the hands of readers who need them - What bestselling authors actually do differently in the early, messy, doubt-filled stages before a book becomes a book 👉 Watch the video now because this might be the nudge your book has been waiting for: https://lnkd.in/gANG8tWY

My clients used to think making 6-figures in a single weekend was a myth reserved for the “lucky ones”. Now they're telling others how they did it. Here's what changed… They stopped trying to be "online personalities" and started building the infrastructure of thought leadership. Right now, the gap between "having a presence" and "holding authority" has never been wider (seriously, it’s already begging someone to step up!) If you’re a speaker, author, or consultant, your wealth is no longer tied to “what” you know. It’s tied to how you package your human perspective into an EXPERIENCE people will pay premium to enter. That’s why the Million Dollar Experience follows a simple framework called the Million Dollar Business Model. Creative, I know! ;) This framework has 4 pillars. And through these 4 pillars, you’ll move beyond "teaching" and into "leading." This is how you design a high-ticket event that builds your platform, your brand, and your legacy simultaneously. So, is it really crazy to think you can use this framework to make 6-figures in a single weekend? Sounds impossible, but the dozens of clients who used the MDE model say otherwise. Want to know how? Comment MDE below if this is something you’re interested in and let’s chat.

Did you know LinkedIn is now the #1 cited domain in AI search? Yet people still believe LinkedIn is just for job hunting. According to new research from Profound, LinkedIn is now the most-cited domain for professional queries across major AI search platforms. Not just on one platform, mind you. Across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. ALL. SIX. OF. THEM. That means when people ask AI tools professional questions, LinkedIn is increasingly one of the main places those systems pull from. Still think posting on LinkedIn is a waste of time? I've always been pretty open about where I stand on AI. Human first, always. AI is a tool (a useful one, yes) but still just a tool. And I'm not here to hype it up or pretend it's replacing the people behind the work. But I'm also not going to ignore what's happening and leave opportunities on the table. We don't get to control how AI is being used. That ship has sailed. What we can control is whether we show up in it or get left out of it entirely. Because now, when you post your thoughts on LinkedIn, you're not just talking to your followers anymore, honey… You're now actually feeding the knowledge base that AI pulls from when someone asks a relevant question. Years ago, competing with established domains for AI visibility felt impossible. Right now, there's an actual opening… and it's sitting in your LinkedIn drafts. This is exactly what we dig into inside the Thought Leadership Brand Workshop. How to build a brand that gets found, gets cited, and actually does something for your business. Secure your spot here: https://lnkd.in/dyUGTD44 Last few spots available for tomorrow, March 26th! P.S. I also really want to reward those who take the time to join me in real-time. So everyone who attends the workshop LIVE will have a chance to win a surprise bonus worth $500. You just have to be there when we start to be eligible :)

I’m about to ruin the day for the "Funnel Bros," but somebody has to say it… Stop hiding behind your 20-day automated email sequence and just get in a room with people! Because have you seen the conversion rates lately? A 5% conversion rate in a funnel is considered "killing it." I call it a tragedy. Let me explain why in-person (or even high-touch virtual) will always beat your fancy funnels: 1. The Commitment When someone signs up for a webinar, they’re usually half-listening while folding laundry or scrolling on Instagram. But when someone physically shows up in a room… They’ve already invested. They put on real pants. Skin in the game = results in the bank. 2. Trust builds faster face-to-face You can send 13 emails with your "personal story" and a gif of you waving. OR You can stand in front of someone, read the room, adjust in real-time, answer their ACTUAL questions, and create real, human connection. Can a funnel do that? I don’t think so. 3. Close rates don't lie Let's say you ran a webinar funnel. You get 1,000 people to register. 300 show up. 15 buy. That's a 1.5% conversion rate. (And you just spent $5K on ads to get there.) Now imagine: You get 10 people in a room. You teach them your methodology. They experience a breakthrough in real-time. You invite them to go deeper with you 1:1. 7 of them say yes. That's a 70% close rate. Why? Because they didn't just hear about the transformation. They EXPERIENCED it. Right there in the room! 4. No Tech Headaches I’ve seen a single weekend workshop generate 6 figures without a single dollar spent on Meta ads or a single hour spent crying over a broken integration. It’s just you and a room full of people who need what you have. Because, surprise surprise, it’s actually a lot more fun (and a lot more profitable) to actually talk to humans. I'm not saying funnels are useless. They have their place. But if you're asking people to invest 5-6 figures to work with you, a sales page isn't going to cut it. People need to see you to fully TRUST you. And that happens in rooms. So here's my question for you: If you could get 10 people in a room next month, what would you teach them?

After 25 years of working with leaders, I’ve learned that your most important work will not emerge by accident. It requires… 1. Space to Think Most leaders’ calendars are a mosaic of back-to-back fires. But you cannot build a cathedral if you’re constantly stuck in the basement. 2. Strategic Rigor Rigor is the discipline to pressure-test your assumptions and look at the data that hurts. You need to have the courage to say "no" to a dozen good opportunities so you can say "yes" to the one that actually moves the needle. 3. A Strong "Container" This is the most overlooked element. A "container" is the infrastructure (your team, your systems, and your culture) that supports the weight of a big vision. Without these three elements, leaders fall into a dangerous cycle of managing the present by force while carrying the future alone. What about YOU? What kind of space do your best ideas actually need right now?

I can walk into a room and 'smell' exactly where the money is hiding in a business. And no, it’s not trapped behind a complex 12-step funnel that no one is finishing. The money is IN the room. Literally. But most experts are so busy being digital nomads that they've forgotten the most powerful conversion tool ever invented: being in the same space as your people. And hey, I get it. You didn't sign up for this business to become a full-time marketer. You came here because you're brilliant at what you do. You wanted freedom – time freedom, money freedom, creative freedom… But instead, you’re spending three hours a day trying to find a “trending audio” and hope the algorithm gods bless you with a lead. Honey, we are waaay too smart to be working this hard for Meta. So I’m telling you right now, the “Online Bubble” is officially leaking, and 2026 is the year of the Real Renaissance. Meaning, THIS is the year of bringing the community closer, of smaller analog workshops, and showing people that you are a real, live human who actually delivers results. That’s why I’m personally inviting you to my Million Dollar Experience (MDE). It’s my three-day intensive where I take only 7 leaders and we design, build, and sell your high-ticket offer ($10k+) using a system that works every single time. Plus – this is my only guaranteed product. I promise you’ll see at least 30% sales conversions if you follow the process we design together. (Most of my clients hit 50-75%, but I like to keep the floor high and the BS low.) But be warned, though… Because I get so deep into the trenches with you, I limit this to only 7 people. Publishers aren't looking for topics anymore. They're looking for EXECUTION. Last year, I hosted a FORUM in New York wherein I brought together literary agents, media experts, and publicists to get the unfiltered truth on how they decide who gets signed. And what one of them said really stuck with me but didn’t really surprise me because this is what I’ve been telling everyone at our Thought Leadership Collective! Publishers are looking for deeply HUMAN, thought-led work that gets ahead of misinformation, speaks to what people desperately need, and carries a core experience that only YOU can deliver. This conversation will really change how you think about your thought leadership strategy, especially if you’re planning to write a book soon. Watch the video here: https://lnkd.in/gF_5F-PG

I just saw an “author” on Amazon publish 250 books in a span of 3 months! Like, is this for real?! These AI-prompters are out of control. All the while, mass layoffs are happening now. Companies are trimming “non essential” roles so they can use AI instead, and entire departments are being replaced with automation. And if you still can’t see that the great “American Dream” is dying then I don’t know what will. That’s why in times like these, people need Thought Leaders. Because if you don't step up and become the thought leader your industry needs, someone else will. And it might not be someone qualified. Now let me ask you: Are you going to stay neutral while AI scrapes information from a guy who hasn't seen sunlight since 2023 and pumped out 10 books a day? Or are you going to build authority that actually shapes the future? The world needs us to step up. That’s why I created the Thought Leadership Brand Workshop exactly for people like you who have something real to say in a world drowning in AI-generated garbage. Join us on February 19th via Zoom: https://lnkd.in/gkRkUmxM You know what never gets laid off? Authority. You know what travels with you no matter what happens? Your thought leadership. Now let me help you build a successful Thought Leadership brand with the proven frameworks I used with major media personalities and multi-million dollar companies. P.S. Want me to look at your specific business and tell you exactly what to fix? I've opened 10 VIP seats for a private strategy call where I’ll answer your real questions and give you personalized feedback – all for $27 (That’s 98% OFF compared to what I usually charge!) AI learns from traditionally published books because they’re considered "credible" sources, which sounds great, right? Until you ask the next question: Historically, who was allowed to write those books? You guessed it – Old white men with their outdated thoughts we've worked so effin’ hard to fight. So the way I see it, you have two choices: You can watch the old paradigm get copy-pasted into the next era of human thinking. Or you publish your ideas and give AI (and more importantly, real people) something better to learn from. This is exactly the mission we drive home within the Thought Leadership Collective. If that mission resonates with you, let me know in the comments below, I'd love to connect!

At this stage of my career, I don’t have time for "hacks." I only care about what is proven. And I've seen the same pattern play out enough to know that if you’re building an expert business, the most dangerous thing you can do right now is this: ✗ Over-invest in funnels ✗ The entire online marketing industry is built around one idea: More people in. More money out. And so you post more, run more ads, build more lead magnets, optimize the sequence etc. And maybe it works. A little. Sometimes. But using that model would show you that volume is the most EXPENSIVE way to sell a high-ticket offer. Because you're asking cold strangers to make a warm decision! (am I right or am I right?) So what should you focus on instead? Small and high-value IN-PERSON events 💯 Because while a funnel is a "machine" designed to filter out the disinterested, an In-Person event is an "experience" designed to pull the right people in. And for a high-level brand, choosing the right one depends on whether you want volume or depth. Here’s the "Belly-to-Belly" difference: ✓ A funnel takes months of emails to build the trust that an in-person event creates in 60 seconds. ✓ In a funnel, 5% is a "win." In a Million Dollar Experience, we view 30% as the minimum baseline. ✓ You can’t "code" the feeling of a room. High-ticket buyers don’t buy your "information"; they buy the certainty they feel when they are in your proximity. The experts I work with in the Million Dollar Experience have learned these, that's why their best clients no longer come from campaigns. They come from small rooms ;) That's what I want for every person I work with, too. But the April cohort of the Million Dollar Experience is almost full! If you want your next event to be your best revenue month ever, comment MDE and let’s make that happen.

You know that feeling when you're around people who want to see you WIN as badly as you want to win? That’s exactly what we felt during our Creationship Leader Retreat! For two days, I was surrounded by women who showed up with their whole game. We challenged each other in ways that most people are too polite to do. We laughed a lot. We also got very, very serious about what comes next. We studied one of the biggest personal and product brands in the game, reverse-engineered what makes it undeniable, and built the kind of relationships that move our missions FASTER. Because this is urgent. And we need to act now. We are literally living through the biggest transfer of intellectual wealth in human history. AI is actively learning from the most visible, most documented, most publicly structured ideas available. It’s building the knowledge graph of the future in real time. And if your frameworks aren't out there, if your methodology is still living in your head, in your client calls… someone else is filling that space. Someone less qualified. Probably some guy who learned to use AI prompts last year and has since written six books and a "proprietary framework" he named after himself. I wish I was joking, but Amazon is filled with them right now. We can't rewind it. But we can absolutely OUTRUN it. So we study what works. We build the infrastructure. We hold each other to the standard our ideas deserve. And we decided together that the Wisdom Economy doesn't get to be built without us in it. That decision is available to YOU too. I’m hosting the Thought Leadership Brand Workshop on March 26th and 29th (you can choose a date to attend). It’s virtual and completely free! The energy in my community right now is absolutely UNREAL. Our members are having their best months ever and I can't stop smiling about it! I'm talking RECORD MONTHS. SOLD OUT ROSTERS. CLIENTS BEGGING TO WORK WITH THEM. And the craziest part is… They're not even surprised anymore. Because this is what happens when you stop building a "please like me" brand and start building an "I'm the answer you've been looking for" brand. When you structure your expertise so clearly that people don't need three discovery calls to understand your value. They GET IT immediately. That's the difference between a personal brand and a Thought Leadership brand. And honestly – once you see it, you can't unsee it. Want wins like these in YOUR business? This could be your story in the next 30 days too! My book Unicorn Team just turned one this February, and I'm giving away something I rarely offer publicly… I’m opening up my calendar to sit down with one lucky reader to map out your next big move. This is where we’ll: ✓ Diagnose the bottlenecks in your business right now ✓ Map out your personalized action plan (no generic advice - this is tailored to YOUR situation) ✓ Walk away with a clear roadmap you can implement immediately This is a ONE-TIME opportunity to get direct access to strategies that have helped my top clients (It’s literally worth $1500 but you can get it for free!). How to enter: It’s simple! Just help me celebrate by sharing your thoughts on the book: → If you already own the book: Leave a 5-star review on Amazon and/or Goodreads. → If you haven’t grabbed it yet: Buy any version (Physical, Kindle, or Audio) and drop a review once you've started. → ALREADY reviewed it? You are amazing! Past reviews from last year absolutely count toward your entry. Send us a screenshot of your review to support@jenniferkem.com by February 14th and reply to this post confirming you’ve done it so I can personally check it on my end. With my birthday coming up on Feb 25th, I wanted to celebrate by giving back in the BIGGEST way possible – with my time, expertise, and undivided attention. I’m so excited to find out who I'll be working with. Will it be you? ;)

ChatGPT just proved my point about why cheap always costs you more… In case you haven’t heard yet, ChatGPT is rolling out ads. Not just for free users, but for the $8/month users too! It’s the classic tech lifecycle. First, they give you the world for "free." (Aww, how generous!) Then, they quietly turn you into the product. Then, they start selling YOU to advertisers while you're just trying to ask it to write an email. (The audacity!) Because when you're one of 200 million users, you don't get treated like a person. You get treated like a data point. An eyeball to monetize. This, my friends, is the "scale at all costs" model everyone's been told to worship. And I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again: The more platforms monetize attention, the more valuable TRUST becomes. You know where trust is built? In rooms! In EXPERIENCES where someone actually sees you and gives a damn about your outcome. Not something you skip after three seconds. This is exactly why I'll take 5-10 people in a room over 10,000 people on a list any day of the week. Because intentional environments create clarity and momentum in ways that crowded, distracted, ad-riddled spaces never can. When someone invests $15K, $25K, $50K to be in a room with you, they show up differently. They get RESULTS differently. Not because the information is different. Because the CONTAINER is different. Want to see exactly how I structure intentional environments? I'm breaking it all down this coming February 4-6! Drop a comment below if you’re interested and let’s chat.

Women thought leaders have been fed a dangerous lie. And frankly? It’s complete BS. They said our brains aren’t as valuable as our "feminine intuition." It’s a narrative designed to keep us "soft" and secondary. But the truth is… you don't have to choose between being a strategic powerhouse and being soul-aligned. Real power comes from integrating your 3 Brains: ✓ Intellect: Your logic, strategy, and high-level data. ✓ Intuition: That deep inner "knowing" that guides your vision. ✓ Instincts: The raw, guttural drive that tells you when to pivot or pounce. Sadly, we've been conditioned to pick one. "Trust your gut." "Lead with your heart." "Think it through." But the most powerful women leaders use ALL THREE in concert. Your intellect gives you the strategy. Your intuition reads the room and builds trust. Your instinct keeps you safe and signals misalignment. If you’re only using one, you’re operating at a fraction of your potential. Inside the Thought Leadership Collective (TLC), we’ll show you how to align all three so you can lead with real power and focus. Want to see how seasoned experts are using the 3-brain framework to scale their influence? Learn more about TLC here: https://lnkd.in/e3KCH-Em

If I had to rebuild my business from scratch tomorrow, here’s exactly what I’d do first… I’d skip the 10-page funnel plan. I wouldn’t even spend a dime on cold ads. I’d simply launch a Million-Dollar Experiences Workshop. Period. Why? Because this single move has taught me more about my business than any "market research" or soul-searching retreat ever could. While everyone else is busy "testing the waters," I’m in the room, getting paid to solve real problems in real-time. Because I learn what actually lands. What people are REALLY struggling with. Whether I want to expand it, scale it, or completely dump it and pivot. And of course, I get to take home a couple million dollars a year doing exactly this. 💅 But I can already hear you screaming: “But Jen! I don’t have a framework yet! I’m not an ‘expert’! I need more time to percolate!” First of all: Stop. ✋ YES, YOU DO have a framework. You’re just overthinking it into oblivion. If people are already asking you questions, coming to you for advice, or paying you for ANYTHING – you have a framework. You're just scared it's "too simple" or "too obvious." Newsflash my friend… Simple and obvious is what SELLS! People don't want complicated. They want clarity. They want someone who can take the chaos in their brain and turn it into a clear path forward So tell me: What do people 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 ask you for help with? (That’s your workshop, by the way.)

Did you know I lose an average of five subscribers every time I send an email? And before you clutch your pearls, I have 400,000+ people on my list that I’ve built over the years so I’m not too worried. And honestly… It’s still a win-win for me. I’d rather have someone opt out than sit there lurking, never opening, dragging down engagement – or worse, hitting spam because they forgot who I am. But some marketers hate admitting that part. They want you to think their list floats in a magical cloud of eternal open rates and pure devotion. But you know I’m not most people. And I like talking about the right hard things ;) You see, we’re living in peak digital noise. Inbox zero is a myth. Attention spans are fried. Everyone is launching something, nurturing something, ANYTHING now at this point. That’s why people are also unsubscribing from everything. Not because you are bad per se, but because they are effin’ overwhelmed. The digital noise has become a deafening roar. We’re all being suffocated by AI-generated "value" and cold digital funnels with a personality of a damp paper towel. But here’s the good news… The more crowded the digital space becomes, the more powerful PROXIMITY becomes. Belly to belly. Human to human, where people can feel your conviction and can ask actual questions. It’s the ultimate competitive advantage. You can have 100k followers and still be a stranger. But put 10 of the right people in a room where you’re teaching, serving, and actually breathing the same air? That’s where the MILLIONS are made. 💰 I’ve built my legacy by doing exactly this. And I’m doing it again from April 15-17 in San Francisco where I’ll help YOU architect your high-ticket enrollment systems and a "Run of Show" that makes a 7-figure weekend your new baseline. Five leaders have already claimed their spots (I told you we don't play around). That leaves only 2 SEATS left at the table. If you want to learn more, I’m happy to share. DM me and let’s chat.

How making the right strategic moves helped me build a 400k email list – that pays me every day for my skills, knowledge and wisdom. A lesson in the power of strategic infrastructure. Let me know if you want me to introduce you to the best diagnostic builder in the game so your vision doesn’t fall off a cliff - we need human wisdom more than ever. 🦄

Information is officially a commodity. If your brand is built on what you know, AI is your competition. But if it’s built on HOW you think, AI is your best friend. That’s why I’m counting down the days until May for Human+Tech Week in San Francisco! We'll explore how technology and human insight can work together – AI handling the repetitive work while we focus on the creative, strategic, and deeply human thinking that actually creates impact. Because while everyone else is worried about being replaced by a bot, we’re going to be in the "Living Lab" of SF, architecting how technology actually makes us MORE human (oh the irony, right? But it’s true!) The goal is to catalyze the $1 Trillion in Human Flourishing Value. That’s a big YES from me. 💸 So for those who are building a platform, writing a book, speaking on stages, or scaling their authority in this AI era, this conversation matters. Because the reality is that while automation provides speed, only the ORIGINAL THINKERS will remain uncopyable. And if your ideas are not strong enough to stand on their own, technology will expose that. The "Old Way" is dying. The "Human-Centered Way" is the only way forward. Catch me in San Francisco in May, I’d love to see YOU there! Check it out here —> https://lnkd.in/gk_gJgve And I’d love to know…What do you think most people are getting wrong about AI right now?

I don’t fully agree when Simon Sinek says “people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it”. Because here’s what I actually see in the trenches… When someone hands you cash, it means: They have a problem. You solve it. Money changes hands. That's it. That's the entire business model. Nobody's buying your "why" when they can't sleep at night because of their "what the hell do I do about THIS problem." Your customer isn't lying awake at 3am thinking "gosh, I wish I knew this business owner's deeper purpose." They're thinking: "I lost my dream of performing and now I don't even trust myself anymore." THAT'S the problem. Not some fancy corporate word-salad like "cultivating courage" or "building confidence ecosystems." Thought Leadership isn't a philosophy degree, my friend. To get paid, you need to be specific and strategic. Period. ✓ Stop being fancy. Use the ugly, raw words your customers use that even a grandma can understand ✓ The "Rich Niche" Test: Does your offer actually put out the fire? If not, your offer sucks or you’re aiming at the wrong smoke. So let me ask you: Does your offer actually solve the problem your people are screaming about? If no → you either picked the wrong problem or built the wrong offer. If you're not sure → you're probably using therapy words when your people are using real people words. Values are great for the first date. But solving their PROBLEM is why they move in and pay rent. 💸

When I tell people that LIVE EVENTS are the most durable, high-conversion model for 2026, I usually get a look that is equal parts "I want that" and "I’m terrified of that." Most people think putting on an event means: ✗ Burning $20k on a hotel ballroom before you’ve sold a single seat. ✗ Obsessing over the "perfect" logo on the swag bags. ✗ Losing your mind over logistics for three months... only to have the room feel awkward and the sales feel "salesy." Yeah… NO. Most live events fail because people strategize them backward. They focus on the vanity (the flowers, the stage lights, etc) instead of the VALUE. I’m here to tell you that events don’t have to be expensive, they don’t have to be complex, and they definitely shouldn’t be a risk. In the Million Dollar Experience (MDE), I teach you how to strip away the "Event Planner" fluff and focus on the Strategic Design. We’ll also address the three big fears head-on: Fear #1: "It’s too expensive."– Actually, my model is designed for a 50% or higher profit margin. We focus on "Small Analog Workshops" first. Fear #2: "It’s too complex."– I’ll give you the exact "Run of Show" and the "Choreography" I’ve used to build my 8-figure brand. Fear #3: "What if nobody buys?"– This is where my Golden-Clad Guarantee comes in. MDE is the only program where I guarantee a 30% minimum sales conversion. If you follow the process we design together in person, it works. Period. The clock is ticking and we’re officially down to the final 2 spots for our February 4–6 intensive. If you’re ready to master a model that is pandemic-proof, recession-proof, (and honestly, just a lot more fun) you need to SIGN UP TODAY. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gq6c5gve

The world feels like a full blown dumpster fire right now. So if your brand strategy is just staying neutral so everyone likes you, you aren’t a leader. You’re just one of those performative influencers. Most people are so terrified of the flames that they’ve retreated into the safety of "Personal Branding" 101. They’re the ones with a polished feed and 100K followers who clap at everything they post… But still have ZERO impact on the future. Because they avoid taking a stand and have traded critical thinking for tone policing. They’re scared that if they show a single jagged edge of political conviction, they’ll lose a follower. But real Thought Leadership in a dumpster fire doesn't mean being "safe." It means being discerning. When you stand for something – politically, socially, and intellectually – you’re actually filtering for the people who actually want to do the work. A personal brand asks, “Do people like me?” A thought leadership brand asks, “Will my ideas change the world?” Because while everyone is trying to fake “success” online, being a spicy, "Unfuckwithable", truth-telling disruptor is the only way to win in this current political climate. Not everyone is ready for this kind of brand work – but if you’re reading this, I know YOU are one of my people. I've opened up a few spots for the Thought Leadership Brand Workshop (February 19) where we'll map out exactly how to position yourself as the disruptor your industry needs. Want in? Just two hours to build your success stack that creates opportunities for you to be recognized, respected, and of course, RICH 💅 REGISTER HERE: https://lnkd.in/dyUGTD44

The feed is really getting boring and full of the same AI alliteration and hallucination. This is not shade, just an observation. We can tell when you use AI to write all of your words and create all of your graphics. And it’s just making you sound and look the same as the entire hoard of folks trying to “keep up with the social media joneses”. Something to consider: Use AI for productivity but not as a replacement for your creativity. The world needs creative rigor to stay innovative and deepen connection. Also, AI doesn’t know you if you don’t know you. You can delegate tasks, but delegating your essence and gifts won’t produce better outcomes, it’ll just make you feel separated from your self. As everyone runs to compete at the top of the bell curve, those that create, innovate and humanize their work more - will be infinitely more valuable in the very near future. That’s why instead of touting growing a personal brand, our company is developing Thought Leadership brands who are narrating a future where humans thrive… … while using AI to clean up processes, research our hypotheses, assure that client care is serviced more efficiently, and create diagnostic tools that help them learn more about themselves, without replacing them. How are you using AI? And how are you using it to be more human?
